Hmmmmmmmm, the traumatised, anxiety prone woman who brought up the bite and its plausible implications (I will grant that it was an overreaction) or the man who agrees hastily and moves on to threatening her life immediately thereafter with no other prompting?
I just wish there was some way to REALLY save Josh. I don't like that the only endings for him were "Death" and "WORSE Than Death." Not cool. I mean, yeah, he did some unfavorable stuff, but he was a mentally ill guy who lost both of his sisters – cut him some slack.
It not being a PS4 exclusive would be a nice start. No game is worth that amount of money, so in all likelihood I will never actually play this game. Oh well, it looked cool but I do not care enough to buy a PS4.

A worst ending like Wendigos living and the survivors dying because no matter what happens, Wendigos, including Hannah, die no matter if you try to kill Sam and Mike so hard.
Josh pranking on Emily, Jessica, Mike and Matt because Josh pranked on Chris and Ashley more, Chris who was never involved on the prank.
-For more time with some of the cast like Matt, Jessica and Sam. Mike hogged way too much screen times.
-For the group to have spent more time together as a group instead of split off in pairs. Like the pranks, it's a shame it couldn't be held off a day but then i guess they had to get the plot rolling so understandable.
-More character development and learning more about them. Not that there wasn't that already but some more would've been some serious icing on the cake.
-For that pregnancy plot they scrapped for being too distracting to the main plot to have been in it because no question, that would've been interesting.
-An ending where Josh escapes the mines, because I call bulllshit on the guy with mental illness having only two shitty endings while everybody else has the option to escape, and in a game too that's all about your choices being important..

Yup! But for the reasons I said that didn't happen, and it was during the early stages while they were working on the storyline I think. They didn't choose to say who it was or with whom. I'm kinda annoyed I didn't ask about it during the live playthrough Supermassive Games were having of Until Dawn on twitch recently, I'd of loved to have known.

Honestly, I wish they had developed the character Sam more. To me she's the most boring out of the eight characters. Yes both Emily and Jessica are bitches, but at least they had some development, even though Jessica disappeared for most of the game. I started off hating Mike along side Emily but the more you play as him the more I grew to respect him and say, "Wow, he's actually a pretty cool character.". Yes, you play out some pretty badass moments with Sam but to me they came off as hollow because I just didn't care about her. Plus the whole towel scene was really stupid. I knew there wasn't going to be any nudity, but the fact that she was able to do all that running and crawling without losing the towel was just dumb.
Matt deserved some more screen time. He too disappears for a good chuck of the game if he survives when he enters the mines. He doesn't even get a Butterfly Effect for the end. When he and Jessica meet up in the mines, and if they both survive the only Effect you get is "Jessica survived until dawn"...um what about Matt?? He's there too. Shouldn't it have read, "Matt and Jessica survive until dawn"?
I for one liked the twist about Josh being the psycho, and wish you could have done more to help him once you had to deal with the Wendigos. He really got the short end of the stick. His character only gets two outcomes, he dies or he lives and becomes a Wendigo. Speaking of which, the Wendigos were a nice touch. You don't see them used very much what with everyone using vampires and zombies constantly.
My Changes to Until Dawn
* Longer game 60 euro for 9 hours is insane especially for a choice game, I played MGS before this I bought it… more for the same price and the campaign is about 80 hours with graphics just as good. I know you can re-play but all the massive plot points are the exact same even if it was the best 9 hours in gaming history full price is insane at most 40 euro or at least double the story length.

* Sam was a really boring character I wish she had more badass scenes or funny lines

Even though the game's tone shifted towards the second half, I didn't really mind it after another playthrough. Sam, Mike, and Chris were the only ones that survived in my playthrough, and ended up being my favorites.
The only real regret I had was Ashley dying. I didn't really mind the other characters dying, but I wish Ashley had a better ending rather than getting her head ripped off when I looked under the trap door.
Other than that, I was a big fan of the game and would've liked for it to be a little longer.
A little more time with Chris, Matt, Emily (I hate her, but she didn't get enough screentime), and Jessica. I forgot about Jessica, to be honest. Also, I wish Josh was actually trying to murder them, so you'd have to deal with both Wendigos and Josh, cause it seems interesting. Also, I wish that if you decided to try to beat the shit out of Mike as Matt, that they would actually fucking fight.
No problem against Mike/Matt's names, but I kept getting them swapped up during the first half, so I kinda wish they had less similar names.

Would've been cool to have a QTE in which Chris has to shoot the wendigo mid air. That's another horror cliche btw. The big bad ass that saves the day gets nerfed and killed.
* More time for Matt, Jessica, Chris, and some other characters
* Have the game have extras, like different costumes or something.
* Make … moreJosh savable
* Have the Stranger not be killed shortly after he arrives... I mean he survived how long against Wendigos and he just dies like that?
* Make Mike and Sam not have plot armor.
* A little bit more backstory on the characters.
Probably more but its been awhile since I've looked at that game.
Make other characters more playable, Mike was over used - his time in the abandon Phyic Ward went on and on and on. (I wish Chris had more play time, I liked his Jokes)
Josh gets to be saved (I have depression, and I know the signs of mental illness, so he is a bad guy that I can relate to and feel sorry for yes he took his pranks too far, but he didn't try to kill his friends. I have seen footage of people playing this game and they hated because he is the guy behind the mask. There is no way to safe him through his alive option is worse then his death, the choice death choice is a "Mercy" choice compare turning him into a wendigo)
There would be less sex talk between characters. the dialog between Jess and Mike while they are walking towards the Cabin is HORRIBLE. the dialog between Ash and Chris was cute.

I always found it a bit strange that out of all characters, it was Sam that had one of the biggest plot armor, when she had one of the smallest role in the game and had very little to do in the game besides go in a hot bath and get chased around the lodge in a towel. Even by Final Girl standards, Sam was incredible boring as a character, I mean, even Ashley felt more like a Final Girl than Sam did.

In order for Until Dawn to have been a 10/10 masterpiece, instead of just, well the great game it is, it needed:
A couple of extras hours. Twelve chapters instead of ten would have been perfect. I feel like the story was just hitting its stride as it ended.
More logical slider changes. Sometimes, I'd say something, just a regular nice comment, and then BOOM, all my honesty took a massive hit. Like what, WHY? I didn't do anything dishonest. Or you'd decide not to attack an animal (because it's the logical thing to do, I mean why hit a deer, or shoot a squirrel?) and then BAM, there goes half your braveness. Plus, it's always comical how, Chris has almost no bravery, plus it decreases so easily, yet he's easily one of the most brave people in the game. Venturing into the depths of the lodge to rescue Sam, offering to go out into the Wendigo infested forest, unarmed, to save Josh the person whose caused all this suffering... and determinedly, he can shoot himself to save Ashley, even though it doesn't change his braveness at all which is, again, absurd.
More dynamic groups for the final encounter at the lodge. I don't like the fact Sam and Mike have superhuman plot armour, and the game forces them to be the main two characters of the story. It forces them to survive, and makes the other characters, if they lived, just exist aimlessly in the background. I mean Matt and Jessica disappear for most the game, and no-one cared about the former, and everyone thought the latter was dead. Imagine how awesome it would have been if, say, Matt and Mike who fought earlier in the game, end up being the last two survivors and, as Matt, you have the option to either save Mike, or run for the Switch? It would give the choice so much more depth, and really personalise the ending as much as they pretended we could. Say, if a character has high brave, they stay in the lodge to help, and if they don't, they run out as they do in the current version. Stuff like that, so it doesn't feel like everyone gets the exact same experience in the end, so your ending feels unique, and you have encouragement to really replay, to see all the character variations you can get. As is, Mike and Sam always survive, they always save the day, while everyone else is just sorta there, provided they survived. Boo.
Better epilogue dialogue. Especially for the sole survivor versions. This section of the game feels so half-baked. Strange, since, surely this would have been quite an easy aspect of the game to make? Characters don't have much to say, and what they do is mostly set-in-stone and barely diverges based on your choices and relationships. Again, if they'd bothered to develop this aspect of the game more, Until Dawn would have such better replayability.
Still a phenomenal game though (my goty for 2015) and I wish there was more like it. And I also wish they'd incorporated more of the stuff I mentioned above -- then it would have truly been an utter masterpiece.
I found these pictures of "role reversals", and I'd thought I show them off here:
Jessica takes Mike's place as the action hero
Mi… moreke takes Jessica's place as the designated victim
Emily takes Matt's place as the jock
Matt takes Emily's place as she falls down the mines
Sam takes Josh's place as the mastermind (and damn it, this would have been awesome)
Josh takes Sam's place as the designated fan-service
And finally, Ashley takes Chris' place as the one to do the noble sacrifice
I would have change it to where everyone could survive but not in certain places. Like Sam could have survived being in the mines, lodge, or the sanatorium.
also i would have made it to where there would be more the two decisions when i calls for it.
Also i would have made it to where sam and mike could die at any time instead of the end.
And I would have made it to where beth could survive.
Last but not least, I would made it to where Josh wasn't the bad guy. So yeah i would have put to one more character as the bad guy, but they all knew him/her.
There you have that is what i change in until dawn.
Other than that.
The game was great.
Would've changed it so Chris wasn't as terrorised as much as he didn't have any part in the prank. Would've changed the scene with dr hill and josh talking about how he did nothing to help them when he couldn't because he was passed out. A way to actually save josh. Scraped josh turning into a wendigo as josh reading the diary made no sense for Hannah to recognise him. Would've added a scene at the end where everyone is reunited if they survived and that's bout it maybe a few more
Have less of Mike wandering around in the mines. I don't really get why he would when Jessica is A) Dead or Alive but more down the mines
Have less sex talk between Mike and Jess. We get it. You're going to have sex. Show us how you two interact without implementing sex in the convo. I would like to see how these two are attracted to each other or talk about your backstories.
The Stranger (aka. Exposition guy) to not die as soon as he teams up with the crew.
Have a chance to actually save Josh. I'm kinda tired of how media treats mentally ill character because they almost always end up getting the short end of the stick. Btw, I find it KINDA weird that the crew pranks all the time but when Josh pranks them, they get super pissed. I understand why Mike is mad because he thinks Jess is dead but the game wants you to believe he's unredeemable. He did not cause their deaths. Maybe indirectly by bringing them back to the cabins but directly? Nah. The Wendigo killed them. I was waiting for one of them to be like "Hey, we caused his sisters to die from one silly prank. So I guess it was okay that he pranked us. We didn't die after all."
Get that fucking plot armor off of Mike and Sam. Same with Ashley because she can't die until you get in the mines.
More time with the crew together. I wanted to see interactions between all of them.

I know. Exclusivity is a scourge in the Gaming World.
It's like they are holding the game hostage and won't give it to us unless we pay for their extravagant machine.

I'd remove Sam's towel from the game. Also Wendy should rip Em's clothes during chase. Rip a lot.
How did your other characters die?
I'd make it good.
so basically a nude scene from Sam ok
Your thoughts are in exact alignment with mine.
Thank you very much ^_^
Agreed, towels don't work like that.
-Matt died falling off of the cliff after I missed a QTE.
-Emily got shot in the head because I thought she would turn.
-Jess died in the mines because I chose to run instead of hide.
-Josh got killed by Hannah because I didn't find her diary in my first playthrough.

A run button. And more dialog options for Mike , since 80% of the time when he was talking he sounded like a douche.
When did Emily cheat with Mike?
Unless you count the hugging scene. And hugging isn't cheating.
