Mobile Suit Gundam Well... the 1980's Gundam TV shows/Movies, as well as the Short OVA series and Mini series directly related to those 1980 shows. Personally it's my favorite Scifi universe because it's actually believable, well outside of the Giant Mechs, it's a space war drama based within Earth's own Orbit and rarely travels outside Earth's Orbit.
Young Indiana Jones Chronicles I still consider this one of the best TV mini series ever created. George Lucas actually did something right for once. For me this was a child's dream. It sparked my love for history in ways that would of been unimaginable without. Watching Indiana Jones become who he eventually became was just wonderful. They filmed this TV series in hundreds of historic locations around the entire world, and you get to meet so many great people in history (of course actors portraying them). It was a child's dream come true when it came to a historical program.. Sure it wasn't exactly historically accurate, it was bloody Indiana Jones, but it sure as heck sparks a person's love for history.
Robotech Macross YES... yes I know... I know this was an Americanization of the anime called SDF Macross, but personally I still love the Robotech version more. This was the first mech anime I ever saw and personally the beautiful cross of anime with the Americanization changes made it a beautiful experience for me despite that I never knew what anime was at the time when I was very young. I still love it to this day and I own the 36 episodes of the Macross part of Robotech as personally I always found that as the only part worth remembering fondly. I really don't mind that they changed the music, character names, and even aspects of the story for American TV... I don't mind one bit. In fact I consider that aspect of it being what I actually love about it. Reminds me of the cartoons I grew up with while having a deep anime like story.
Shaka Zulu I remember when I tripped over this in my parents VHS recording collection. After the first episode I was hooked and I still have very fond memories of it to this day, even though I've only ever seen it since on youtube. It was a very dark TV show for me when I was a child, lots of death, violence, and a ruthless dictator/king named Shaka. But my lord everyone loved the character Shaka, he makes Darth Vadar look like a panzy.
Girls und Panzer It may just be the hype from recent years from it, but I'm never not happy when I watch Girls und Panzer. Something about Girls driving tanks as a sport, going to battle with classic military music redone to have a lively and charming tone... there is nothing NOT to love when watching this short series. Plus it has the best versions of Panzerlied and British Grenadiers I've ever heard. To express how much I love this.... this is the unofficial theme song of the American Team on the show. Brilliant yes? enter link description here
Red Vs Blue (I can finally say this cause it's on TV now!)
And that's all. I'm kind of sheltered with my TV viewing, I watch more stuff on YouTube. I was actually trying REALLY hard not to say RWBY considering it's my favorite series ever, but at the same time not a TV show. Plus if I said so, I'd be here all day talking about how awesome it is.
The Walking dead. Don't really invest my life into other tv shows like i do with the walking dead 24/7. The vampire diaries, teen wolf, degrassi and empire are good too but not nearly as amazing as TWD.
I'm surprised that I never got around to watching the Young Indiana Jones Adventures! It's one of my favorite movie series! I remember watching ONE on VHS, but that's it.

If I wasn't as obsessive with Mobile Suit Gundam like some people are of Star Trek or Star Wars, Young Indiana Jones would easily be my up most favorite TV series of all time, bar none. This expresses brilliantly why. Fan made tribute to the Verdun episode. enter link description here

Some of your honorable mentions don't seem so honorable at all.
Recently it has been 30 Rock (just finished), Master of None, and Californication for me.
Past shows were Jessica Jones, Daredevil, Archer, ...and that's all I can think for now.
Criminal Minds
It has kinda gone to shit over the last few years tho
Maybe you like that show so much because it describes you.
You aren't wrong.
Better Call Saul

Most of those are still on and going strong. Some on there got cancelled, it hurts just thinking about it.
