I like everyone except for Greg, Sam and Randall.

    Reasons:
Greg: I had no reason to lie for the kid that pointed a gun at me. Oh well, At least I didn't bash his head in with a pipe in front of his sisters face.

Sam: Looks like she's going to be Ben of Michonne Series, wonder how many characters she's going to get killed and how much trouble are we going to go through because of her.

    Randall: Asshole, simply put.

  • We've had the "people don't change" plot line over and over with Sarah and Ben and Kenny and Nick, so hopefully they change it up and Sam becomes someone who can actually fend for herself by the end of the story.

I like Sam. Can't help but find her interesting. She's also a fairly grey area character right now. On one hand, she seems endearing and believable, but on the other hand, there's quite a few moments where she definitely acts a little suspect, and coupling that with what Norma says, she might be right about her. But I guess we'll see.

Greg was good too. It's good to see some teenage characters getting some spot light. There haven't been too many major teenage characters in the franchise. Ben in the game, Billy Greene in the comics, and Beth and Noah in the show are about all I can really think off of the top of my head.

I already really like Randall in that love to hate kind of way. Guy's starting a nice climb on my favorite antagonist list.

Norma is also worthy of a mention. First of all, female villain/antagonist, which there really aren't enough of. There are a grand total to two other female antagonists in the whole franchise, and one of them is dead. Secondly, a relatively rational and even reasonable villain to an extent. She's patient and even generous, yet more than capable of being intimidating if not ruthless when need be. She's got this no-nonsense personality to me that I also like. Also, although not heavily explored, the idea of her and Randall being a brother-sister duo is rather interesting.

And finally, an honorable mention to Oak. We only see him at the beginning of the episode, but there's just something about the guy I really like. Hope he shows up again in the next two episodes in some capacity.

I'm leaving Michonne and Pete out, since I think these two already speak for themselves.

No, Randall did because it's the same actor who voiced Jefferson from Life is Strange.

  • Does Carl count as a teenager?

Though judging by his nick name of 'Pudding Boy,' I'm guessing he's not very popular.

It's the British accent isn't it?

  • I suppose Carl in the show counts as well. I'm thinking of characters that fall more within the 14-19 age range.

If this is intentional it's really fucking clever.

Lmao, Thank god i'm not the only person getting sam/max vibes.

Pete, Sam, and Norma seem fairly interesting. I felt bad for Zachary (plus it was neat to have another gay character in TWD) but, what he did to Greg was completely avoidable. He fucked up, but he killed someone's brother. i thought Sam deserved to have her retribution. Everyone on the ship (minus Pete) can seriously fuck off though I've never met such generic bland characters, it almost feels like Telltale made them boring on purpose. My obviously favorite character has to be Michonne though I wasn't sure at first during the 1st half since she was quiet for a large chunk of time, but getting to play as her for the second half was great!

  • One thing I have to mention about Sam is that I think if you let her kill Zachary then when Randall and the others come in, she's going to blame Michonne. They blamed us for the stolen supplies so I have a feeling that if Norma's telling the truth, that's what will happen.

  • Michonne and Pete.

  • Pete's really the only one I actually like. Well, him and Saddiq, but I like Saddiq from the comic. Sorta sucks that the only people I like are from the comics, and I know they won't die. The other guy on the boat is alright, I guess as a member of her crew michione would have some basic care for his well being so I played her as sort of "Meh"ish about him. Sam I don't trust, but at least she can handle herself, so Michonne respects her at least. Randall, and Norma were fucking shitty people, and I'm looking forward to Michonne being forced to torture Randall next episode. Zachary, and Greg are dead, so I don't have much opinion of them, but I was sad that Greg got offed after I took a hit for him. Zachary was a puss, he wouldn't have lasted long anyway. I think Michonne would recognize that, and wouldn't allow him to live to kill Sam, and tattle to Randall.

Current comic Carl is defiantly a teenager. The guy has had sex multiple times already.

  • Erm, Zach, only because I kinda liked how he looked in the trailers and stuff, and that I usually like characters I can feel bad for I guess.

  • Michonne and Pete.

the other characters on the boat I am not sure about I need more time with. it looks like episode 2 won't be back at the boat so we will see what will happen

I feel like I hate Oak through.

  • I really love Pete so far and I'm starting to fear what Robert Kirkman might do to him in the comics.

  • absolutely. And they had no motivation to either. They were just awful people

i didn't like sam or greg not only are they liars but they were putting michonne in deep sh*t with their lies. pete was cool though.

  • I think Randall and Norma are potentially great villains.

  • Yes, she's easily the most likeable among this cast :0

    (well pete too)

  • Michonne and Pete. And I wish the crew had more air time, they seemed interesting

I can't stand Sam and Greg. They're bumbling liars who pull a gun on Michonne, try running off with loot after /just watching her massacre a horde of zombies/, and then indict her for literally no reason? Except to waste her time? I feel like Telltale wanted me to feel bad when Sam started telling her story but I just wanted to say "Girl stop talking to me"

Then there's Meathead McShooty. You can guess his shtick. He's a douchebag. That's literally his character. Not v interesting.

And finally Norma, who I take it is supposed to be intimidating but. Can't even deduce that Michonne gives no crap about her stupid duffle bag? And it's really obvious? It just made her seem like a ponce.

Still feel bad about Greg though. He may have been a stooge but he was just a scared kid darn it.
