Tales From The Borderlands (10/10) TFTB just make me define what a "10" is...
The Walking Dead Season 1 (9/10)
Game Of Thrones (8/10) Don't ask why
The Wolf Among Us (8.5/10)
The Walking Dead Season 2 (7/10)
I just recently finished Tales From The Borderlands and the feels are heavy as hell, also going crazy waiting for Season 2. What other Telltale games can I try out? I was thinking Back To The Future or Jurassic Park.
Tales from the Borderlands (10/10) -- I was going to give it a 9/10 (removing a point for pacing issues and lack of Rhyiona) but hell, I love this game too much. It added a lot of depth into the Borderlands universe because while they advertised a game about greed, they made one about love.
The Wolf Among Us (9/10) -- I can't give it 10/10 so one point removed for shorter length & less depth to the last two episodes, as well as Bigby never being able to express his frustration over the course of the season in ways other than beating up the bad guys.
The Walking Dead: Season 1 (9/10) -- It's a beautiful, near-perfect game, but it doesn't personally hit me as strongly as TWAU and TFTBL did.
The Walking Dead: Season 2 (7/10) -- It had so much potential to be as good as the first season, but it was rushed and everything felt very shaky (the plot from episode to episode and much of the characterisation). I'm trying my best not to make this an anti-S2 post, but I must express that it treated a number of characters poorly (Nick, Sarah, Luke, basically the whole cabin group) in order to make room for characters that are difficult to empathise with/don't make sense for Clementine to be so personally devoted to (Jane and Kenny, respectively.) Also Clementine had a personality much like that of a brick compared to her personality in S1.
Minecraft: Story Mode (7/10) -- I feel like it's in a completely different league as the other games in this post given its vastly different target audience. It's decent for a kids game; but while Telltale was trying to channel Pixar, they only ended up with a Dreamworks Christmas Special.
Game of Thrones (5.5/10) -- episode 1, 2 and 3 get one point each, the episode 4 gets two points, episode 5 gets zero points and the finale gets half a point for Gwyn's involvement. It could have been a lot better if they had focused on emotional development rather than shock factor.
People love to rant about GoT having the same ending. Even though there are many, many variations. "No matter what you do, you lose! This ga… moreme sucks!"
I know, right? People are complaining about Game of Thrones having the same ending. While Tales From the Borderlands had the same ending, no one complainted about it. Hell, there aren't even any variations at the end of Tales, while in Game of Thrones, there are like five variations... Ugh, it just upsets me how people think that choices don't matter only because of the ending of ONE STORYLINE. No one even talked about Mira and Gared's storyline and that both of these characters have different endings in their storylines.
there are like five variations
* Asher, Gwyn and Talia
* Asher, Sentinel Duncan and Talia
* Asher, Sentinel Royland and Talia
*… more Asher, Traitor Duncan and Talia
* Asher, Traitor Royland and Talia
* Rodrik, Sentinel Duncan and Talia
* Rodrik, Sentinel Royland and Talia
* Rodrik, Traitor Duncan and Talia
* Rodrik, Traitor Royland and Talia
Not to mention that in some cases Asher/Rodrik can be unconscious or not.
But yeah... 'Game of Thrones was linear as fuck' -.-
Game Of Thrones is politically good though, it's more on challenges u face and how u handle difficult situation politically. Emotions wise, yeah I agree it lacks the focus. But overall i would say, not bad. I gave alot of points on Mira's side.

I agree that the political side of the game (Mira's POV) had a good set-up, with the challenges and choosing who to affiliate with (Margaery, Tyrion, Morgryn, Cersei) but it felt pointless in the end considering how the plot pushes you from person to person with no profit. Choosing your allies never mattered because you are forced to do specific things to advance the plot. I can forgive lack of choice impact for TWAU (because the options never seemed to indicate a large impact on the plot to begin with) and TFTBL (because although it didn't often live up to the larger, 'plot-changing' choices they did trigger a number of different scenes and thus different stories)... but in GOT, it feels all too linear.
Out of all of Telltale's modern games, Game of Thrones should have had the most choice impact. Like, an actual big-budget, choose your own adventure-style game. If the game is about how your choices determine House Forrester's fate, there should be combinations of choices that lead you to victory and combinations of choices that lead you to ruin.
(Past that I now wish to remove another point for extensive use of plot armour, but I think I've made my point.)

I really did have to put that in bold. I am a Rhyiona shipper, but for too long have I seen Tales get all the praise and GoT get utterly and completely shit on, it's time to stand up, and give Game of Thrones the praise it deserves.
You are hurting my brain because I just cannot understand your logic.
Those are exactly my thoughts when somebody says Tales is a better and more complex game than Thrones.
The Walking Dead Season 1 10/10 ( Best game i have ever played, amazing characters great story line.)
The Walking Dead Michonne 9.5/10 ( After a dissapointing second season of twd, telltale really returned to the quality story telling of season one in this game.)
The Wolf Among Us 8.5/10 ¬( I was sceptic before playing this, since i didn’t know anything about TWAU, but i was really positively suprised.)
Game of Thrones 7/10 ( A Decent story-line, but well-written characters.)
Games i didn’t like.
The Walking Dead Season 2 4/10 ( I really got the, feeling i was playing a bad written fanfiction, instead of contuining the awesome story that was season 1.)
Tales from the Borderlands 2/10 ( i really couldn’t get into this game, despite all the good reviews i have read before playing it. )
Minecraft 0/0 ( I wont even try this one, since i dont like Minecraft.)
Games , i really enjoyed playing.

I did know you were joking, but I thought of it more as a half joke, like you were disagreeing with my opinion, but still made a joke of it. It's also hard to tell through text. Also, your first comment didn't sound much like a joke. It's all good. As long as you don't keep going on and on about how Borderlands is the best and all that nasty shit.
I really dont get all the hype for this game, the male protagonist i forgot his name, is really annoying i just wanna punch him xd.
When i see that face lol, also, the settings and surroundings in the story are really weird.

Yes, Brodester, how dare you give any ounce of criticism to Borderlands!
Don't you know that sort of thing is punishable by death around here?
