I go jogging now and then, when I can bring myself to (usually twice a week) I also have a workbench in my house. It belongs to my brother, but I use it occasionally.

Not that far, to be honest, about two miles. It mainly depends on how I'm feeling.
And I'm so much of an amateur, I can't even properly answer that second question. The weight on the bar is like 100 odd lbs, and I just do as many reps as I can, in as many sets as I can, really.

Luckily my campus' fitness center is like 10 feet from my dorm, so it's quite easy for me to get there. I usually go about 4-5 times a week. In fact, I'm getting ready to go in 15 minutes. I've thought about using the pool that's at my school's athletic center, but then I think "nah."

I try to go to the gym at least three or four times a week. I'm taking a break from weight lifting to do one-hour cardiovascular based exercises, mainly to build up my stamina and to try and lower my body fat percentage.
If I had a place of my own, I would have easily transformed a spare room into a personal gym. For now, I just have a bench and a bike.
Not overly long, as I have class immediately afterwards, I'd say an hour, maybe hour and 10 minutes. On weekends, I'm able to do a bit more, usually an hour and a half or even 2 hours if I have nothing better to do during the day.
3-4 years ago i used to go almost every 4-5 days. but then i had to stop cuz of some medical stuff. now im trying to get back into shape, but im a lazy fuck that sometimes gets tired even thinking about working out and sometimes i have a lot of energy but i goes down when i actually start running and then thats it...
I typically workout 5 days a week. I do home weight training and body weight work, as well as some HIIT/ burst type workouts. Depending on what I'm doing, my workouts will typically last anywhere between 20-45 minutes or so, with weight training being on the higher end of that range. There isn't a need to workout longer than that.
I do kickboxing workouts, weight lifting and other things like that for cardio. I wasn't able to do so much when getting the flu for a whole month and I slacked off a little, but now I'm getting back into the groove of things and I'm trying to make a habit of doing more. Currently I have one day workout, one day rest, but sometimes in the past I leave it a day or two just because I don't think it's good for you to wear yourself out every single day.
Usually third time a week, following a program using furniture and my weight.
I'm following it since two months and it worked well, mainly for abs for now. But sometimes with my studies I'm just lazy to do it.
During my vacancies, I usually run for sport, when I am in the village where I grew. There's a forest behind it and some roman ruins, so it's quite cool.
I have a simple but effective exercise routine that I try to do everyday when I wake up. Nothing fancy, just stuff that can be done on the living room floor. I use some light hand weights for added resistance as well. Sometimes it ends up being every other day, either because I got lazy, or I got too overzealous and wore myself out the day before. It's hard to find a balance between the two. I used to do kickboxing once a week and I absolutely loved it. I'm planning on getting back into it this spring/summer. Never really felt comfortable going to a gym, though.
Track and field every day for four hours (except the weekends) jogging one hour, swimming half an hour, so about six hours.... Daymm I am fit.... flexs biceps
Aside from walking about from place to place and caring for the dog (tug-o-wars, walking, etc), I get little excercise.
With that said, It is a sufficient amount of excercise that would leave me healthy if I did not eat so much. When it comes to health, food is my archnemisis. I am not obese, but I am still overweight.
Users on forums are usually stereotyped as lazy and overweight neckbeards. I made this thread to show this is actually a forum of athletes
Seeing others users work out might help me or other users adopt or edit my own workout by seeing what other users are doing
My respect for a user x10 when see they exercise each week
Seeing users you like work outs might inspire someone who reads to work out or start by seeing a work out and thinking wow I can try to do that to
Offer opportunity for users to post their work outs and feel pride who instead of stuffing face and watching TV all day take time out of their week to exercise I like to encourage and people to share and celebrate hard work they put in
I'm qualified fitness instructor with distinction so I am really interested in this subject
I surf on weekends and that's it. Hard to find motivation to do proper exercise with a full-time job, i'm sure many are the same haha. I should though because even though i'm not overweight i'm very unfit. I plan to swim at the local 50m pool on afternoons...but that's only planning to, will probably never happen.
Why do people wanna know this stalkers

Well, I used to work out five days a week, but then I just quit cold turkey, I just lost motivation I guess. Now the only exercise I get is walking my dog 2 or 3 days for 10 minutes. It's extremely unhealthy and depressing and I'm trying my best to correct it.
Very important to exercise make sure to even go for a walk or jog each week not just for ur body but mentally very important exercise releases happy endorphins' into the body making you feel better and happy so whenever you feel down exercise great way to lift the mood

weekends are another story, if i feel like it, i might give good o'l Saturday or Sabbath workout, but usually i prefer my rest on weekends.

I'm very impressed great weights and still great running I hope keep it up you have a great base for exercise here
Haha, well thank you! That's something I didn't expect to hear, but very encouraging, too.
As a teenager, I use to swim for hours everyday. Got into the best shape I've ever been in.

I go to the gym sometimes, probably 2 - 3 times a week depending on how motivated I am.
If the day is pretty busy (which is most of the time) I work out at home, which is why I got dumbbells and then do some stretching and exercises.
In the future, I might try lifting weights, but that'd be a long time before I get to it.

I do Jiu Jitsu and I have practice twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays). I also do swimming at my gym every once in a while.

About 3-4 times a day, just the basics like jogging, push-ups, curl-ups, dumbbell lifting and some military warm-ups that my dad is teaching me.
Aside from walking about from place to place and caring for the dog (tug-o-wars, walking, etc), I get little excercise.

50 push-ups before sleep.

I have a labour job and am on my feet 8-9hrs pretty much straight. I am in shape so excessive exercise isn't necessary.

I haven't exercised in 6 months.

3 times a week. A mixture of jump rope, shadowboxing, pushups, crunches, squats, lunges, and calf raises.
A little while ago, I stopped working out for like a month and I felt absolutely awful.
Started again a few weeks ago, and I feel fuckin' great. Usually at nights for 40 mins a day. I'd say 4 times a week.
