It should be a stipulation that if you plan to have a lore, there should be a story to it as well, cause with… moreout a story the lore is almost meaningless.
But anyway, I've seen the cinematic trailer and the characters are appealing in design. Have yet to see the gameplay myself but I plan on getting it someday. Definitely for PS4 cuz my PC lags on Fallout NV and many other PC games. Plus hackers are most prominent on PC.
Blizzard is kind of shit at writing though. Did you play the Starcraft 2 campaign? It was super fun and good looking, but the story was just dreadful.
I would totally be down if they hired some Telltale writers though.

I also loved Starcraft 1. That came out almost two decades ago though. The last SC2 single-player came out last year, and the story was still garbage. I still recommend it though because its very fun.
If you stalk blizzards social media like me you probably already know but the next cinematic is coming out on May 22nd. It's going to be about Soldier 76 and will apparently reveal a new hero, people are already theorizing on that. It'll be called "Hero".

Loved it, especially loved the mexican vibe. It was kind of underwhelming though, I liked "Alive" and "Dragons" a lot more. They're all perfect though.
I'm assuming each "Season" would have some shorts in it, and that they'd want to feature each hero before making anything else.
With these first four they already got Genji, Hanzo, Widowmaker, Tracer, Winston, Reaper, and Soldier 76, so that's already 1/3 of the original roster! I'm hoping the other ones will be more standalone-ish like these before they inevitably put all the characters together in one major story (Even though that's already on the cerge of happening)
I could see Blizzard making a reveal in a near future how they also have planned to include PvE mode with a story. Similar to Battleborn.
It just makes sense considering their business strategy. They supposedly have spent quite a bit marketing to overshadow what they thought was their competing title.
Of course it's merely just speculation for the most part.
Got the game downloaded now to wait till 7:00 for the servers to go live. Really wish they would let you play against bots offline to practice while you wait

Nah, never played any of Blizzard's games I think. So I never got experience any of their stories actually.
But yeah, Telltale has impressed me so far with their latest entries so I'd be glad if they do one for Overwatch someday.

I think I read somewhere that it may be a new female hero called Sombra. Whoever that is.
I've watched Unit Lost theorizing about Sombra, she's most likely Pharah's mother.

Freaking hate Anita Sakeissien or however you spell it. Also screw the people that complained about Tracer's pose. We need more Tracer booty not less.
I almost want to just boot it up and let the connection keep retrying until the servers actually start up!

Roadhog? Roadhog is a cheap lil cheap cheap! Either that hook goes or that heal goes in my perfect world.
He's one of the easier ones to learn. Reinhardt pisses me off. Everyone seems to be using him and he is cheap as hell
Maybe because Reinhardt is the best tank in game? Get used to it, he's in EVERY match, you can kill him pretty easily with a Reaper or a Genji.
Yeah I know. Just everytime that shield comes up annoys me lol
My tip is to always shoot it, a Reinhardt without a shield is nothing.
