What I disliked about the perk system in Fallout 4 was that some of the most basic skills had become perks. I mean, lockpicking and hacking perks? Man, I liked it better when they were just skills you could increase.
I think the new leveling system is way better than before, it allows so much more variety from the beginning of the game. Before this you were stuck with more or less the same perks no matter what character you made

To be honest, I think fallout 4 is the worst fallout sequel in the series.Everything except for the graphics and the shooting system was downgraded so bad, that it looks like an expensive borderlands ripoff.
I actually use BeFunky. It's a free website which lets you change the lighting of some pics, resize them or add some other images to be creative and do your own image.
Also, as for the MLG glasses, cash, cigarette etc., I just googled them and I used the pics that had a transparent background, since I'm kinda lazy to do that, actually.
Oh shit, I just noticed your reply.

Thing is, my PS3 has very fluid FPS however it would crash very often at the slightest change or occurance, ie. interacting with Ringo or switching between weapons. Shit even just running alone it crashed once.
I dunno why, but all my PC games are quite laggy (Mass Effect was so unstable it was unplayable for me, and it had the worst stability). Thankfully, even though it lags a bit and has a low frame rate I was able to make it past The Strip compare to only getting past Ringo on PS3. Oddly, my laggy PC NV is more stable crash-wise compared to the broken PS3 version of mine that crashes nearly every given moment.
i dowloaded the new contraptions dlc and it is crap theres not eben many items to build i do like the display stuff and the posters but the rest is just rubbish tbh im hoping vault tec workshop is better when are mods available

Considering im level 96 I had quite a lot, but I still had to make supply runs. Once it's build it was just a case of finding the parts to make the items
I decided I want to type and post that extra story I thought up for my Lone Wanderer, Carl (it's not heavily dialogue based though). However I want to respect the lore and I have no idea what happened to DC during Fallout 4 and I read it's talked about. What's DC like in the current time period exactly?
There's not much to tell about what happened to DC in Fallout 4. One thing is that parts of Rivet City were scrapped to make the Prydwen. And obviously that they chose the good ending for Fallout 3 where you destroy the Enclave. They made an effort not to mention Fallout 3 anymore than that.

Two of my favourite lines from 3 & NV. The first dialogue spoken to you, bringing you into the world of both games.
Fallout 3:
"Revelation 21:6. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life, freely"
Fallout NV:
"You've made your last delivery kid, Sorry you got twisted up in this scene. From where you're kneeling it must seem like an 18-carat run of bad luck.
Truth is...the game was rigged from the start"
My Abraham doppleganger lookin motherfucker of a character in Fallout 4 is waiting at his bonfire, just waiting for the day immersive facial animations mod gets added to consoles.
But that day probably won't happen. Oh and mods for xbox one is amazing. It brought me back to the game.
ok the glitches are getting odd now i loaded my second playthrough as an institute member and a synth at a checkpoint has a freaking traffic cone on his head for no reason i must have missed a helluva party
They're definitely worth it.Every DLC is very different and amazing. Dead money shows the horror side of the fallout universe, old world blues is all about humour and lonesome road has a very touching, depressing atmosphere of post-apocalyptic destruction. They are also connected with each other with a few hidden clues that you can collect piece by piece ,which will help you at the end of the last DLC (lonesome road MUST be completed the last). The dialogues are so smart ,well written and WAY above Bethesda's level of writing.
With the steam sale I'm planning on buying Fallout New Vegas; I already played F3 and I liked it.
I'm currently wondering if I should buy the game with the dlcs. Are they worth it or are they "meh"?
Ok, I will take your advice in consideration. That connection between dlcs seems pretty interesting, you avoided me to play it in disorder and I admit you hyped me for these ones!

Eh, when you consider the sheer amount of points you had to put into both before I dunno. Its still about the same.
Felt like a waste of a perk point if you ask me tho. At least you can unlock the Master lockpicking skill at like level 18.

Don't mind me. Just being an attention whore with my shitty edits:

If you don't already have the season pass for Fallout 4, Bethesda's doing a giveaway at 3pm ET on their Twitch.

Oh yeah, and Sarah Lyons and Elder Lyons died. Elder of old age, Sarah was KIA.
Thanks
When you know everything the Radio dj's say in Fallout 3 and NV.
"YOU CAN'T STOP THE SIGNAL BABY!", "But what about I, the great and powerful Three Dog, bow wow wow wow"
"It's Mr New Vegas... Wishing you lady luck tonight", "This is Mr New Vegas, filling in for.. Mr New Vegas"

I finally got around to trying survival mode in Fallout 4... I freaking hate land mines now.
