That's horrible. I just hope things get better for people soon. It really sucks that we're getting attacks every week now, at different points across the globe.

These people were evil beings killing their people who practice the same religion. All I'm asking is to be civil and respectful in this thread. As Dillion said, we don't want people to be afraid to discuss facts or genuine speculation (with the intent of constructive and non-bigoted discussion). Rather, we just ask that people of both sides stay civil and respectful in doing so. We don't want people posting bigoted or passive aggressive comments (see the Community Guide to Decency), but civil discussion is fair game for the most part as we want to encourage open discussion for both sides that is civil. I personally (as in, I am not speaking for the mod team and or Telltale) am not a fan of forums that ban people just by virtue of trying to have critical discussion, but even so, some of the posts in various news threads lately have just been straight up trashy.
If you post an argument with good reasoning and articulation that does not resort to generalizations, bigotry, logical fallacies, etc, than we are by far more likely going to keep those comments up. However, if you make snarky, drive-by shitposts posts such as "OH EM GEE IT WAS A {insert person of X religion here}!?! I'M SO SURPRISED.... NOT!!!! ECKS DEE xDD LEL!!!shift+1!!", then we are going to start flagging those comments and/or banning people for not offering genuine and constructive discussion. Please discuss your opinions logically, respectfully, and civilly. If you are not up to that, then don't bother posting at all.
Consider it an unwritten forum rule that News threads are asked to have a higher standard of posting that normal threads. Don't make posts with snarky jokes that make offensive generalizations and stereotypes about different races/religions/genders/etc and not attempt to follow it up with a sound argument presented in an attempt at genuine, civil, and constructive discussion.

I understand what you're saying. The reason I said this is because everytime I see a thread similar to this one, there are always some people that type in sarcastic tones and seem to offend people who practice the Islamic religion.
People keep asking when is this going to end. I'll tell you: Never. It will never end because the people in charge fail to realize that their is a terrorist problem and will do nothing about it. They will just continue to spout platitudes over and over.

Guys the "attacks that keep on coming" HAVE been coming, for years now. The news networks only choose to report on some of them, unfortunately. Some countries not shown in the news headlines practice precautions for shootings on a daily basis; needful I must clarify this attack doesn't bring a smile to my face.
