I'd love to have a new season, with a new /main/ story, just like with the Wither Storm. And if season 2 happens, then I hope we get to still play as Jesse and still have the gang around. C:
So the creator of this thread was actually at the Minecraft: Story Mode panel at MineCon, and he briefly summed it up. Apparently people asked if there was going to be a Season 2, and they said that they have no plans for another season ;( I guess that's it then. Left on such a cliffhanger with good potential!
Well... Plenty of things have had no plans for a sequels, season 2's, etc. but then got one after demand and stuff... I guess... It just doesn't make sense with Soren's books and Ivor's running off.

I heard if they want to make a new season of the franchise (TWD, Minecraft, etc), they need to rest at least a year. And Telltale needs to make Contract again with the original creator of the Franchise, which kinda needs a lot money for it

there should be a season 2 for MCSM so we could more adventures in the game or so the jetra theory could or might happen in the game
