That's like the worst thing to do. Popping your pimples can lead to you having more pimples if the puss goes inside other pores. Plus, you could get scarring.

Patience. Your pimple will disappear on its own, and by leaving it alone you're less likely to be left with any reminders that it was there. To dry a pimple up faster, apply 5% benzoyl peroxide gel or cream once or twice a day.
Or, you can pop it the right way by placing a hot washcloth on your face for 5 minutes, and then take a sewing noodle to pinch the tip of the zit. After this, you can gently ooze the puss out. (this might cause scars though but it's better than doing it with your hands.)
And if your acne is that bad, you could visit a dermatologist to see what they could do if you're able to

If it's really painful then squeeze it out with a rag with disinfectant on it, just whatever you do don't use your hands. If it's manageable then ignore it, some just can't be ignored though.
If you think about it, pimples are full of bacteria coming out of your skin. Drinking a lot of water can help get that bacteria out through peeing. I recommend at least three liters of water a day and to cut down on fast food and dairy products.

Go to bed early, eat healthy, do sport, drink a lot. Often change your sheet. Maybe you've got a problem with stomach and pimples are the consequences of it.
After, try to learn if your skin is oily, dry, or both to act in consequence.
If you want to avoid getting pimples in the future, you can try these:
-Eat less sugar and dairy products.
-Don't use fabric softener or scented detergent; they can irritate your face.
-Oil from your face can build up on your pillow. Change your pillow cases every few days. If you're too lazy to do your laundry that often, use some old t-shirts.
-If you have the money, see a dermatologist. They can prescribe you very powerful topical creams and antibiotics.
-Stay hydrated.
-Exfoliate, but not excessively.
-Moisturize your skin. If it's too dry, your skin will produce more oil to compensate and your acne will get even worse.
-Be gentle. Ignore the guy at the top who told you to squeeze shit with your fingers.
They make special tools to help with this. Check in the cosmetics section of your favorite drugstore or similar place, near the tweezers and nail clippers and such. They make it easier to pop pimples completely without infecting surrounding areas.
There was a special cream that would dry your pimples or remove the rash of your skin. You have to use it five times a day, tho.. (I'll give the name once I'm back home)

Just squeeze it until you see some gunk come out of it.

If you got a better idea, I'm all ears.

A little bit of toothpaste can also be used to dry out a pimple. If you haven't got anything else handy.
THANK. YOU. Everywhere I go I see "pop it" and I thought no one else would ever think "hey, let's see what happens if we wait"

I hope it helped.

A couple of things I would recommend doing are:
Wash your face twice a day. Once in the morning, and once at night. Washing your face will help to keep your pores clean.
Drink plenty of water. Drinking plenty of water will help to detoxify your body of waste.
On a side note, pimples come with being a teenager. It's just the way it is.
First off.Drink more water .Never just pop it a pimple. Clean & clear works pretty well.
