I understand that some people are getting a bit carried away over a release that is some odd hours late even though it is only 3:30 PM for Telltale, but comments like that don't really help. Let's try to focus on more constructive comments instead. Thanks.
My old comment was pretty childish, so here's a soft reboot. Should Telltale communicate better, and actually through their main twitter/new… mores account? Absolutuely, its pretty silly we've got silence, but its hardly been like what maybe 6 hours? I understand being upset, but there's such a thing of being overdramatic.

Yes, obviously I had a 23-month old account waiting in the wings for the day that a Batman game that that I presciently knew would be announ… moreced roughly a year later would get a very poorly-handled release of its final episode - a full year after that original announcement - and I would need a backup for that fateful day.
Excuse me for digging up my old Telltale account to go to a forum for Telltale games to express my opinion about a Telltale game. I guess next time I should just come in and tell them how much I love a buggy, choppy game that I can't even play the last 20% of? That I'm so grateful I have to go digging around in Telltale employee's personal Twitters to even find out if there's a reason it's been delayed? That I will always appreciate the experience that I didn't have? That I get to spend my one day off flinging shit at someone who dared to like GT?
I'm ever so sorry for having an opinion and for using the platform the company wants me to share my opinions on to share it.
You're right. I mean he didn't have to be soooo...blunt about it, but yeah, communication is something Telltale's never been good about, and should really be something they should work on.
He is not wrong though, they could pay more attention to their costumers. Lack of communication when something goes wrong is one of their main problems.
Maybe it is a bit of an overreaction, but in my opinion it feels egregious when while the issue goes without so much as an official acknowledgment, the company's social media presence is running streams of previous games and advertising their upcoming titles. And I do understand the folks running the streams aren't the same people putting out whatever fires are going on related to the Steam/PC release, but that they're there tells me the lights are on at Telltale, and surely there must be at least someone there that can say "Something's wrong and we are working on it" in an official capacity.

great work telltale, you make another great story in a technical poor game, i can't pass the 5.4 chapter because it's F***** freezing when you watch the map.... (ps3 version, oh and the french subtitles have a lot of problem, it's often switch with english)

Wait, it's STILL not out on Steam? I go and do things for most of the evening and it's STILL unavailable? Completely unacceptable, TellTale. Absolutely unacceptable.
So this is what I get for buying it directly off Telltale on my PC?
I really don't even know what to say, I love Telltale's Games, but do I love Telltale? No, not anymore.
That hurt to say. Really did, why are you doing this Telltale? Please communicate with us atleast, PLEASE just say something!
Just one little thing, that's all, something informative about the delays... ugh...
It will be in a few hours, exactly like episode 4. I'm fine with it really. I was patient enough not to watch the trailer so I can wait until I wake up tomorrow to play it then (unless it comes out in the next hour).

Yeah it sucks, people have every right to be mad about this. I mean even last time we got an update from one of the Telltale staff - all it is now is just a matter of them expecting people to simply wait.
I go away for nearly six hours and it's still not up. Come on, you can at least say something instead of leaving us in the dark again. Telltale has basically become synonymous with lazy and unreliable at this point for me.

Apologies.
Considering that you only have nine comments talking about the Batman finale, that comes across as true. So i guess your sarcasm failed you.

Really expected it to be on Steam by the time I got home from work.... kind of ridiculous.
GUYS! Episode 5 is on PSN store in UK for PS4 now! Gonna try downloading it. Guess I'll have to wait till tomorrow afternoon to play though.
What do you work as?
PC users now

Why do you even still have a ps3 to begin with?
because you didn't sent me the money for bying the ps4
I hoped this was going to be a one off problem. Not a recurring one
send me your amazon wishlist on pm
Why Telltale, Why have you forsaken us?
I've put sooo much crap to the side just so I can actually have time to play this freakin' thing today....and it's already 5 and nada...<_<

go get some rest
I'm waiting...
Is this going to be another repeat where they tell us it'll be on the day, and then after everyone waits and stays up late they say it'll be tomorrow?
Rest is for the w e a k...
Thanks for the heads up! Just checked, it's out for me too. I probably wouldn't have tried it again tonight, this way I can download already.
There is this saying about Fool me once Shame on you, Fool me twice, Shame on me.
Sorry Telltale. This is it.
I need to stay away from Youtube and other spoilery sites until it releases on Steam
A bit of advice for the future. Don't set release dates if you can't meet them. Or at least inform people that it will be delayed.
This isn't the 13th here anymore.

I really hope Telltale releases Ep. 5 on PC within a couple hours.

Well... to be honest now I'm kind of glad that I physically don't have access to my PC until Friday, at least now I don't have to suffer this delay..
Wish I could say the same. Today was my only chance until Sunday to get more than 30 minutes to myself that wasn't eating or sleeping.
I love ya Telltale but holy crap, this is unacceptable.
I think I'm not gonna pre-order any Telltale's games anymore. I'll just buy them after all episodes are out.

Is there a word regarding mobile devices?
