Pretty much killing everyone in fallout 4 and for the main characters who can't exactly die I just made them all hate me. My only friends in fallout 4 are the raiders from Nuka world which I just recently played the Gabe again just to kill them and the prisoners XD .
The first time I played Dishonored I got the absolute worst ending in the game, because I was playing it on a playstation 3, and I am terrible with controllers, so I simply could not stealth the game, so I ended up killing everyone, felt pretty bad about myself after literally everything that could go wrong went wrong in the ending
Did a nonlethal run when I got it on PC though, so all is good
Not finishing my mass effect game long time ago because I had a big test, and then went on vacation, and then never got around finishing it. It haunts me to this day
If you get one of the bad outcomes, everyone hates you for it.
If you get one of the good outcomes, you hate yourself for it because this whiny brat keeps popping up in future games(a reference in 2 and an appearance in 3)!
If you get the BEST outcome, you REALLY hate yourself because you put a bunch of thought and footwork into saving him and he's still annoying as shit.
Step 2: Save mages during the Broken Circle quest and let them help you with Connor
Step 3: Enter the Fade yourself
Step 4: Bang the desire demon
Now everyone thinks you helped the boy while instead you doomed him, because you wanted some sexy time with a demon. And, as a bonus, Connor won't appear in the Inquisition. That's a win-win scenario!
Dragon Age Origins... Connor.
There's just no winning that quest.

It honestly bothers me so much, that lets players and people in general are so carefree about their video titles and thumbnails, I am subscribed to a few lets play channels like Markiplier, but when they play games that I am interested in, I literally have to unsubscribe sometimes, just to not get spoilers in my feed
Taking the photo instead of defending my friend in Life Is Strange I DIDIN'T KNOW SHIT WAS THAT FUCKED UP I NEEDED THE EVIDENCE I'M SORRY KATE I'M SORRY I LET YOU DATE PLEAE DON'T HATE ME

When I was playing Walking Dead Season 1 Episode 2, I chose the wrong dialogue option and unintentionally allowed Clem to eat human meat.
Thank you, ladies and gentlemen, for the feed spam lol.

This was exactly what has happened to me the first time I played.
I was baffled by how everyone basically ignored Lee shouting "IT'S PEOPLE!" as if was nothing.
It didn't take long for me to redo the scene and stop Clementine from eating human meat.

Forgetting to save when you go to a boss battle.
Going on YouTube and seeing spoilers in the suggested videos, I die a little everytime
My Shepard's cheekbones in Mass Effect 2
Fucking up one of my Dead Space saves
Selling most of my crowd control weapons in dead space 2 when i needed them most (last 3 chapters of the game)
Killing Berengar in The Witcher
Getting the bad ending in Witcher 3 when i first played it (I don't really regret it now but back then it destroyed my soul)
The suicide mission in Mass Effect 2 (Damn you Miranda, Why couldn't you stay loyal?)
Choosing the green ending in Mass Effect 3 (Lamest ending ever)
Not shooting Edgar Ross only in the balls during "Remember My Family" (Red Dead Redemption)
Dragon Age Origins... Connor.

was it "IT'S.... PEOPLE" aka one of the funniest lines in the game lol
Then I have an ultimate solution for you:
Now everyone thinks you helped the boy while instead you doomed him, because you wanted some sexy time with a demon. And, as a bonus, Connor won't appear in the Inquisition. That's a win-win scenario!
Taking a break from any game and then you come back and forget everything, including the plot, characters, controls, etc.
