his ranting was justified because 80% of assassin's creed is shitty story, trailing missions and bad sidequests. i'm sure that assassin's creed 2 was the least horrible out of all of them but it still suffers from the same issues regardless.
Whatever, I still don't see a good reason to think Assassin's Creed 2 was bad. That video doesn't help anything, it's just his opinion, more like a rant video.

i said dc fanboys, not dc fans. fanboys are disrespectful assholes who like anything that the product their a fan of puts their name on, fan… mores are the polar opposite.
and a looooooooooooooooooooooooot of fanboys loved suicide squad. that, and 14 year old girls.
Where do you get your info? The internet? Unless you've experienced ALL religions for a few years, I doubt your information is reliable.
Also; I mean in modern times, hon. Not back in the 1400's. And just because some church is part of a religion doesn't mean they have the same "evil intents" as other churches that are part of the same religion.
here you go mate, here's a critic's perspective on assassin's creed 2
Spoiler Alert: He basically says the same thing as Dunkey but way less comedy heavy and says hardly anything about side missions, not to mention Dunkey is a comedic critic so he has some kind of standing ground, although, it's not like being a critic makes you special, you're just like everyone else but you have the ability to think objectively
If I were you...I would not assume shit. I can bring up enough things in the last 150 years.
When the Pope knew what was happening in Nazi Germany and turned a blind eye to it.
Child molestation
Mormons ethnic cleansing of Indian tribes in Utah
Jewish land grabs and destruction of towns and villages that were older than Judaism itself.
Forced genital mutilation
Destruction of African culture.
Slavery
Segregation
Racism
honor killings
arranged marriages
Rise of extremist views not being quelled
Women as second class citizens
LGBT violence
Religion is a dangerous tool that is used as a means to control thought and moods. It does many good things...but there is the inherent mistrust of each other's religion.
Here is an old joke. Do you know the definition of a cult? Yeah it is the church down the street from your own.
So am not going to damn religion...but yes...not only is FarCry 5 timely with it's view of extremism but it can serve as an object lesson of how religion can be perverted for immoral acts.

In the past 150 years. ._. When I say modern I mean contemporary modern. Shit changes in even just 50 years. Think of it this way; 150 years ago, Canada was only just becoming it's own individual country.
Yeah, that was then, but this is now. Sure, there are definitely still people within certain religions who still do those things, but not ALL people in certain religions are like that. It's the people who choose to do something that their book or bible (or whatever they use) tells them to.
Look, think of it this way; is it RELIGIONS' fault? Or the PEOPLE'S fault? Don't answer, just giving you some food to chew for a bit.

It's pretty blatant considering how it's hitting all of the current hot button topics. Muslim, transgender, hatred against rednecks.
I di… morednt make this political, I asked a legitimate question about the premise of the game. You made it political by lumping me in with Donald Trump supporters. Must be nice living by such binary perceptions.
Honestly you're the one who is toxic af in every single one of your responses, from insulting my intelligence to presuming my political views to calling me a "sheep" without any real knowledge about me. My brother in law is trans, we supported him throughout his entire transition. I'm not some bigoted imbecile. The way you're coming at me is absurd. I hope you can work on your anger.
Okay, knock it off!! A moderator has told you to stop, and I'm SO very tempted to ask them to get this entire thread shut down so you two can stop filling my notifications with your argumentative bull-crap!
gameplay wise i'd somewhat agree with. but story-wise and graphical wise i think far cry 3 is far superior. i don't think far cry 4 is a bad game in general though, just compared to far cry 3.

Why would anyone care? I think people are massively overblowing something that isn't even a problem to begin with. I can slightly see religious people taking offense, but even that is a stretch.
I know everybody is trying to avoid it, but what's your opinion on the religious extremist aspect of the game?
Do you reserve judgement for when the game comes out or do you have an opinion already? Do you feel offended or do you not care?
I'm not appreciating it, although I am not entirely offended by it.
It's fine, it's just a game. Although religious extremism is sensitive nowadays and religion is beginning to be something people fear, unless you have a hard time knowing what the difference is between reality and fantasy, not very many people will take the religious aspect too seriously.

I'm tired of religious conflicts in movies, tv-shows, videogames and so on. I'd prefer something else to be honest.
But to those who like this.. have fun with it. :>
To be fair none of the factions in Far Cry 3 and 4 were really "good". Especially in Far Cry 4 when you choose who leads the Golden Path. Hell, it turns out even your father was kind of a dick. Even Pagan, who was an asshole is his own right, at least admitted defeat and warned you at the very end about the choices we make. So yea...why couldn't side with Pagan? At least with Vaas there was a personal reason to kill him. Pagan at least harbored no real ill will towards you. (Then again it's been a while since I played 4 so I forget)

I don't see it and I don't see this being justified until a critic tells me.
Hey, I loved Suicide Squad and I'm neither a boy or 14 years old!

This isn't a video game, Cloo. Unless said or typed after a video game match, I don't know what people mean by GG.

Binary perceptions like saying the gaming industry is pandering to the 'far-left'?

Amazing quote with the gun in the bible just making it even better!.

I'm religious. I'm not offended, but I'm annoyed with the religious aspects of games nowadays.
AND TO DE-ESCALATE THE ARGUMENT!
Pretty sure real life has done that already. I mean I'm a Christian man myself but that seems like a really silly thing to say.
Far Cry 9: Fuck It.
