We will see Hugo Strange, Harley Quinn, Bane and Deadshot so I can remove their names on my list.
Now I have a huge wish to see Scarecrow and his deadly nightmares.
I just hope he will be successfully portrayed as he did in Arkham series.
I feel they've been planned out already so I don't think it's going to matter. Maybe Deathstroke or Deadshot since Waller is in this
Poison Ivy, Clayface, Black Mask and Ventriloquist. I don't see them showing up though.

In a way, Penguin seemed like a mix of his own persona and Hush at least to me. That's the only reason I didn't suggest him also.
