OVERWHELMINGLY POSITIVE - Fun Steam Statistics on TFS
As of right now, The Walking Dead: The Final Season has a 97% on Steam with 1,763 reviews.
That makes it currently the highest rated Walking Dead game on Steam...However, ANF actually opened up to a solid 90% in its first days of release so that number is still liable to drop, as ANF is now at a 76%
The numbers of reviews are a terrible way to determine how well a game is selling, but these numbers are just TOO wild to ignore
TFS already has more total reviews than Guardians of the Galaxy or MCSM S2 have gotten in over a year of being released. TFS should pass up Bman S2 sometime this week as well.
TFS is also on track to beat ANF in terms of review numbers, already having 250 more reviews than ANF got in its first week. In fact, TFS has garnered more reviews in the first week than ANY telltale game ever.
Steam Spy should absolutely be taken with a grain of salt ever they since they were forced to change their algorithm into something MUCH more innacurate, but it currently has TFS selling somewhere between 20,000 And 50,000 copies so far. Steam Spy also has the max number of concurrent players on TFS at 3,200 players, likely all the people that played it immediately when it dropped at 12 AM on Tuesday.
Also, only 4.8% of players have put every collectable in their room so we really need to get onto that
We'll likely never know exactly how well TFS is selling but these numbers can give us an estimate, and so far it's looking pretty good.

Only 4.8%? I feel special now finding all the collectables on my first playthrough.
I missed the cat skull, I'm still kicking myself about it.
Will you can always replay the episode and collect it
I never replay the my first save file, I've had it running for 6 years now, I'm not overwriting it for a cat skull. I'll get it with other saves but not the original.
If you replay this episode that doesn't mean overwriting the whole series you can still import the save
That's actually a good point, huh.
Ouch. You make me cry.
Guardians forever!!!
Although it definitely isn't something unexpected.
Does anyone know how well did other popular Telltale games sell in the first week? I am not sure if 20k-50k is good for the first week...
True, Walking Dead was and still is Telltale's most popular series.
I mean, have you seen the amount of discussions in this section? Tons more people have ended up here than any other series.
Poor Guardians with only 293. Never 300.....
But yeah, this section nearly has many comments as all the others combined.
According to Steam Spy now S4 has sold between 50k and 100k. Which is pretty good I guess
That's a really large range considering it's half the maximum potential number lol.
'It may have sold 50k copies in the first week on Steam, or might have sold double that!"
