Episode 3 will not activate-Emails sent to support
                    I downloaded Sam and Max- Episode 3 from my order page and it would not activate. The first two episodes were fine. I have sent two emails to support over the last week that have gone unanswered. My dial-up is slow and it takes more than a few hours to download each episode. Any help would be appreciated, if I have to I will try to download again.
