The rules of Would You Rather is you have to pick the one of the two options. You can't just create your own and say you'd rather do that instead. The fun comes out of having to make difficult decisions. If you can't do either of them, just don't answer.
Would you rather:
A. Take a risk with the current pills in the medicine cabinet, possibly saving your life or immediately killing yourself.
B. Hope that your group will find another medicine cabinet with more clearly labelled drugs soon, knowing that you could die before your group finds another one.
Hell, I'll take the damn medicine. You rarely ever find that in an apocalypse. Might was well try to save myself now with what I have available than leave it to hoping we'll find more elsewhere.
Alright, I've made enough responses to other posters' questions. So, now I'll propose another 'would you rather question:
You've contract… moreed a bad case of botulism, which is causing your body to rapidly deteriorate, after having eaten a tainted can of food that you found after having been starving for several days. However, it is still treatable. In order to treat your case of botulism, you need 1 antibiotic pill to kill the bacteria, as well as 1 sedative pill to prevent your body from going into shock. Your group happens to stumble upon what appears to be a recently abandoned camp, which has a medicine cabinet. On the medicine cabinet is labelled how many antibiotic pills, as well as how many sedative pills there are, with the most recent label being "2 antibiotic 2 sedatives." Upon opening the cabinet, you find a total of 4 pills. However, all of the pills are identical to one another. If you end up taking 2 antibiotic pills, you will d… [view original content]
Remember what our boat god said:

So yeah, as much as it would've hurt me, I would've tried to find another people to care about.

Would you rather:
A. Set up the field as one massive communal farm, where everyone is expected to work and maintain the field for the entire group.
B. Divide up the field such that each group member gets their own small food plot, which they are expected to maintain on their own and may not steal from other group members' plots.
I'd choose A. If we're all a group, we should act like one. Working together will do more good than working alone.

However, all of the original c… morerops in the field have been destroyed due to the elements. Luckily, your group finds a box of seeds and promptly replants the field. What kind of hellish disease...?
Probably B, to consider the options.
If there's one camp in the area with medicine, there's a slim chance that another wouldn't be that far far away.
With that said, I could just inform a definitely trusted group member of the issue, get their opinion on the matter, and then consider taking the risk with them monitoring me.
Also, another question.
Suppose your group became desperate and ran out of resources, and stole some goods from another settlement and th… moreought that they got away with it scot-free. However, it turns out that as you escaped the settlement, one of your group members shot and killed one of the members of the other settlement, while the settlement leader witnessed it. The settlement tracks you and launches a surprise ambush onto your group at night, and rounds up everyone into a firing line, taking your groups' weapons before anyone had a chance to fire. The other settlement leader then asks your entire group a question and makes a deal:
"I know that at least one of you stole from us and killed one of us. I should execute all of you for that. However, I'll make all of you an offer. I believe in an eye for an eye. If the guilty party admits their crime by saying 'it was me', we'll kill whoever they were and forget this ever happened again.… [view original content]
I don't know much about botany, but assuming theres risk of a contagious famine creater, B.
We'd have a better chance of having food if we grow our plots separately, perhaps mixing different seeds to ensure at least one or two of them turn out okay.

Suppose you and your group are out looking for any medical supplies when you come across another group who is not initially hostile to you. Instead they make you an offer:
"We have tons of medicine that we have accumulated over time from lots of scavenging. In fact we have more than enough. We could use some food though. If you folks need some medicine and have some food to share, we'd be more than happy to make an arrangement with you."
It just so happens your group is running desperately low on medicine, but has more than enough food. In fact, some of it's starting to go bad.
You decide to grab some food supplies and head on over to their camp on good faith. Upon reaching it, it turns out they really do have loads of medicine. However, you eventually recognize the group members as those who brutally murdered your mother and sister, as well as pillaged one of your old groups settlements and massacred everyone in it while you barely escaped alive. They, however, do not recognize you. Would you rather:
A. Set up a trading contract with them, securing a relatively reliable supply of medicine while getting rid of your excess food, and completely putting your past with them aside.
B. Round up the rest of your group for a massive raid on them, as revenge for what they did to your family and previous group, while also possibly risking the lives of your current group members as well as your own.

You're sent to scavenge for food, and pass by this old and run down Italian pizzeria, but the gate is closed on the front entrance. You check the back entrance and the door just so happens to be unlocked. You sneak in and see that the inside looks as if the apocalypse never happened. However, some italian dude and his family are in there, happily eating several kinds of pizza and pasta. You go back to your base and your people ask if you've found anything.
Would you rather A. tell them about the family so you can all stage an attack, or B. tell them you didn't find anything?
I'd go with A. It's kill, or be killed, in this new messed up world. I know that doesn't make me very noble, but you have to be pragmatic to make it in this new world.
In the first episode, I killed the Walker couple, in spite of their best wishes, because I cared more about AJ being able to safely get inside than some family that was already gone. Keeping the living alive is more important than respecting the wishes of the dead

Your current group is looking for a new location to move to, as your current settlement has been having increasing amounts of break-ins, presumably from outside raider groups, as well as having dwindling resource reserves. Your group assigns you and your best friend to scout out for an abandoned settlement or another viable place to set up your new place. As you and your friend are scouting, a large group of what appear to be raiders catch you off guard and promptly knock you and your friend out. You then wake up in a large confined room, chained to the floor, with someone standing over you. They then tell you the following:
"My people noticed you and presumably that partner of yours just all out in the middle of nowhere by yourselves. Now, maybe you two have been through the apocalypse together all this time. Or maybe you two are part of a group. We've been looking to expand our territory for some time now, so knowing the location of another settlement would greatly aid us in that effort.
So, I'm going to make you an offer. If you are part of a group and tell me where they are, I will allow you to join our ranks and enjoy the spoils of our raid on them, as well as protection from us. Of course, if your partner refuses to tell us where your group is and you do, you'll have to kill them. If you tell us you aren't part of a group, as does your partner, you'll both go free and we'll forget about this incident. We'll even give you some free supplies for the inconvenience. If your partner, however, tells me you are part of a group and you don't, you'll be promptly executed by your friend. So, are you part of a group, or are you two just on your own?
"
Your friend is also told the same information, in another cell in this settlement. Neither of you is able to communicate with each other or hear each other during this time. Suppose you've been with this group ever since the start of the apocalypse, which includes your family, while your best friend joined rather recently and does not strongly like or dislike your group. They joined simply because you were the first group they came across after having their own group killed along time ago. Would you rather:
A. Sell out your group, knowing that although you'll be alive and be guaranteed protection, you may have to kill your friend, as well as killing your entire family and your entire group.
B. Say nothing about your group, trusting that your friend will also say nothing so that you both can return back to your group with some supplies, while also risking the possibility that your friend will sell out your group, which will result in your death, as well as your family's and your group's.

I'd give them all to myself in a heartbeat. It's either risking two lives for death or guaranteeing one life and making death probable for a… morenother one. Any rational individual should know, especially in a zombie apocalypse, self-preservation should be the number one goal, not being compassionate to the point that you have a good chance of dying. Even if it was a loved one, that's no excuse for me to die too.
I know, but even if I did die I would die knowing I went out like a hero and did the brave noble thing, and I know she would do the same for me. I’d like to think of myself as a pragmatist but if you lose your integrity and have no people left in the world to care about you would just become an empty shell inside and succumb to suicidal depression. I would rather take a huge risk for both of us to survive instead of ending up all alone and having to blow my brains out (I probably wouldn’t since I have a very strong will to live, but you get the idea). And even if you have a pessimistic view of humanity, scientifically speaking, helping others can sometimes inspire them to help you back. Human beings are social creatures who always have survived in packs, that’s the reason why we developed empathy in the first place so that we could work together and use altruism to ensure the safety of our group and the survival of our species overall.
If it were my best friend, I'd say B. I would trust him to say we are on our own and he would do the same for me. Plus, he's training to be in the marines, so he would have the mentality to keep our home secret from outside people from the get go, no matter the punishment.

Damn, Ole dog couldn't live with himself anymore
There's no doubt that everyone's got their own problems in their lives, whether it be with themselves or their family.

Honestly, A sounds like the more pragmatic and satifying offer.
After all, Revenge is a Dish best served Cold--Bon. Appetit!

It's still summer for me and I'm bored. Why not?
Good point.
