I mean I had a feeling James was never meant to be a "romantic" option.
He feels more like a guiding older cousin. Also it should be obvious when Telltale in-game tells you to your face that that Louis and Violent are both romanceable, while James isn't whatsoever and there's no hints given that he is.

I mean I had a feeling James was never meant to be a "romantic" option.
He feels more like a guiding older cousin. Also it should be obv… moreious when Telltale in-game tells you to your face that that Louis and Violent are both romanceable, while James isn't whatsoever and there's no hints given that he is.
I like Louis and I'll probably end up with him since James isn't an option.
What I was trying to say is I wanted someone who was more of an equal for Clem, James really fits that better than the rest imo.
He's smart, he's strong, he knows how to survive all by himself as a kid and he still has a heart after so many years in the apocalypse even after living with a group of savages.
I definitely think they can bond over the harshness of survival and what it's like to be alone better than Louis and Violet since they lived in the boarding school.
Not saying Louis and Violet are bad at all, but James' qualities attract me the most.
I think they already do. Just, I guess they won't get anything more than a deep trust for each other. But, having someone trust you with their life is already as deep as it goes.

While I definitely think there are issues with a 19 year old dating a 16 year old in present day, I don't care how 'mature' you say the girl is, if the boy cares about her that much, he can let her grow up a bit before pursuing. But, we are talking about a zombie apocalypse here, circumstances are slightly different than an average high school date rape scenario. It's probably still okay to mourn the loss of your beloved pairing.
