Fans: Eh nee "I'M oN iT MaN, i SwEAr!". Same old broken record, Telltale! But that's fine. Cause Bruner made his own gaming studio. Dramatic Labs. And he is about to release his first game in a few days = Star. Trek. Resurgence.
Fans: I'd love to hear you, Telltale, I can't hear you! All I can I hear is Bruner's happy cries! As a 19-inches of billion dollar case finds its way up his wallet. AAAAWOOOOOOO!!!! That is Kevin, okay? No big problem!
Telltale: Wait, please man!
Fans: That was my last motivational speech, understand? Am I being too inspirational for you, Telltale?
Seriously lol, IDK why it took SEGA this long to agree that it was a great game that deserved a whole lot more, but it's actually finally happened??! Wow.
HOT DAMN! Alien: Romulus really did save the series.
Seriously lol, IDK why it took SEGA this long to agree that it was a great game that deserved a whole lot more
Unfortunately Sega had unrealistic sales expectations which the game didn't meet so it was considered a failure despite all the acclaim. It actually sold pretty well (over 2 million copies in its release year) considering it's a run-and-hide horror game.
We're getting an Alien Isolation Sequel before we're getting a Wolf 2! LMAO Let's Fucking GOOOOOO

I dunno if I should be happy or upset that it only took one great film to convince Sega to finally greenlight a sequel to this masterpiece.
Nonetheless, we are fucking back, horror fellas. I love hearing the horror genre becoming mainstream. This will easily be my most anticipated title in the future.
I'm gonna do whatever I can to support this, but only if they actually stick to what made the first game soo good.

Well, I did it. I finished the Ace Attorney trilogy. (And platinumed it)
That last case was such a rollercoaster of emotions. It might even by favorite of them all because it all comes full circle. When that certain music kicked in, just goosebumps all over my skins. And the twists, I saw none of them coming and it all makes sense now. I don't think I could have asked for a better route to conclude the whole story.
Godot's backstory is very tragic. He had a great motive and I kinda wish he wasn't guilty, even though he did take a life after all. Dahlia was such a great villain. Her mother and father may have mistreated her but doesn't excuse her actions. She killed two people in cold blood and tried so on other two, that being Godot and Phoenix. One thing I wish was done was the mention of Redd White. The third game is all about Mia and her being a motive for Godot, yet I don't think the person who killed Mia was ever mentioned in the final case. I thought he would have been connected with Dahlia for her to take revenge on Mia but apparently not.
As for the entire trilogy, man, what a series. I think the main reason why I decided to play these games all of the sudden is because of other crime-based games I played, like Alan Wake 2 and Murdered Soul Suspect. This genre started to grow on me.
This trilogy is just...special. The characters all around were very memorable and likeable, despite the fact that these games featured no voice acting. All the dialogue was done through texts. I thought Maya Fey was gonna be just a one-off character for a certain case, but no, she is the deuteragonist and I never even heard of her before I played these games. And I think you already know she is my favorite character in this franchise. The others were amazing too, like Gumshoe, Edgeworth, Mia, Pearls, Matt Engarde etc. I also shouldn't forget almost all the characters have a pun in their names. Larry Butz for instance.
I think what makes the trilogy soo good is the soundtrack. So many bangers in every corner (Pun intended). I even downloaded some of them in my phone to listen during gym or travel. It's THAT good. It's like 70% of the game was made with music and less with the sprites, script and programming.
I wrote for too long. But overall, I loved this trilogy, but I won't be in a hurry to check the future games because as I already said before, the pacing is one thing I don't like about these games. It took me 110 hour to complete all the games.
Seeing as you mentioned Mia's killer, want to know a fun coincidence the localizers didn't plan? His name was Redd White, and what can't Godot see? Red on white. He ignored Redd and focused fully on blaming Phoenix. Accidental genius.

Red Dead Redemption has finally been announced for PC and it's releasing two days before the Horizon: Zero Dawn remaster lmao. The tradition of Horizon games releasing next to big releases continues.
Honestly the only update I even want is reconfirmation that AdHoc is still working on the game. They're why I think anyone had any faith in it. They can take as long as they want as long as we knew AdHoc was still involved. After that article it seems they may not be working together anymore, plus the very obvious production hell, if they aren't working together anymore I have no faith in the game being good even if it does release from a different team.
How Telltale be feeling after doing a company steam sale on wolfs anniversary using wolf 2s art (the game isn't even releasing on steam)
Rev up those Bigby standing in an empty area photos, I am sure hungry for a Wolf 2 update!
I just found out that there is a new? "Exclusives" tab in your profile settings.
No idea how long that's been there, but it's got some wallpapers and 3 pieces of concept art for The Expanse...
Well, for 19$ (16$ plus tax!) I just ordered a PS4 copy of New Tales from the Borderlands deluxe off Amazon... hooray for under-performing game prices! ??
So, if ever I'm in the mood for torture, I can play New Tales (meh)
Or, this edition should come with a code for the 2K re-published version of original Tales, with the patched Episode 5 that has the proper filter on Zer0's voice lines.
I've been meaning to replay Tales for a while, so if I'm right, this could be a nice motivator to do it.

Its kind of funny how New Tales basically got a new wave of hate once people actually started playing it once that huge Borderlands bundle came out basically giving the game away for free.
I also still really wish Gearbox just hired someone who knew how to work with the Telltale tool because it is honestly still really funny to me how long it took them to do nothing but add the Gearbox logo at the start and everyone at Gearbox's name intro the credits which sadly ruined the special episode 4 end credits. However, the small fixes for episode 5 are nice, even though this was the update Telltale made and for some reason just never released, which I do not understand.
If you want to really torture yourself you can play Ep 1 of Tales then Ep 1 of New Tales, and then Ep 2 of Tales and then Ep 2 of New Tales and then...

I heard not so great things about the later Ace Attorney games. Like Apollo Justice which doesn't do any justice (No pun intended) to Phoenix's character.
So Life is Strange is getting some flack over how the new game handled Max and Chloe's relationship. And all I can do is fucking laugh.
Granted the reasoning behind them separating is not exactly how I saw it happening (was kind of hoping Max would just wise up to how much of a self-centered, narcicistic, irresponsible, disrespectful person Chloe was and realize that it was a waste of her time to continue supporting someone who was so destructive and resistant to improving), but pulling a Clementine and butchering one of the characters to the point of not being recognized is damn hilarious.
You should probably spoiler tag that. I was already spoiled on it because of the dumb early access, but I'm sure other people here may not know about this stuff yet and do want to go into the game completely blind.
Luckily this is the only thing I've been spoiled on. It does give pretty big ANF "idk fuck it" energy when it comes to handling a complex choice. On one hand I am kind of glad I know this going into it because I wasn't sure which ending I wanted to do, and I feel like the save Chloe ending may be more interesting, but more so interesting in seeing if it actually leads to anything or just stays as they broke up. I also still know very little about it and don't really want to know more unless I found out that saving the town does have some more important changes. All I really know is Max and Chloe broke up and that Victoria can be messaged. What I mean about saving the town is, it honestly will blow my mind if Max keeps up with Victoria but not Kate. I know Victoria has a bit of redemption but if Max is keeping up with Kate's bully who drove her to suicide but not Kate that is bonkers to me lol. I'll have to wait and see. Honestly I think I am probably going to end up doing the Chloe was saved ending because it seems like that will have the most "change" as it kind of looks like the game is split as either you get Chloe messages or you don't get Chloe messages.

What the hell does this mean??? I still have yet to play and finish the last case of the trilogy.
Telltale! Where is the money!
I gave it to the Expanse...

It's going to be so good to have an official translation for the best Jojo Part.
It's spooky season and that makes a spooky Avatar.
Relevant:
The Star Trek game has more reviews and is more positively reviewed on steam than expanse.
It appears that the Bruner House... always wins.
I'm finally back home.
Time for me to finish the Ace Attorney trilogy.

Can't really show much else when nothing is happening I guess.
But all this time going by is just telltale cooking.
I'm sure Wolf 2 is totally fine.
Let... TELLTALE... COOK!!!
Let me just say this so I can fill up Poogs' rage bottle for no reason:
Dick Gumshoe is a much better detective character than Bigby Wolf.
Reminder:
Bigby to Beauty when she doubts the killer eats apples after killing people
Miles Edgeworth was given a spinoff, why can't he get the same treatment?

I just learned that british actor David Harewood once appeared in one of my favourite TV shows in the past -- Doctor Who!!
He is in the finale episode of David Tennant's run "The End of Time Part One" -- and gosh he looks so young here.
From this to Alan Wake 2, can't believe I knew of him this whole time but never realised it!
Oh Hell yeah!
