I placed an order on June 13, 2010 which was indeed for the CD/DVD media of the game Tales of Monkey Island I'd previously purchased digitally?

Instead I have now received 2 x activation codes per chapter, please can you rectify & remove one code per chapter & supply me with the media as intended.

Your assistance with this issue is much appreciated.

I applied for forum moderator as soon as the Universal cooperation was announced. Haven't received an answer, not even a friendly "We don't make drug addicts pharmacists, you know". :D

Lost the issue number! ;) ;)

    Order #600056228427780 | Placed March 19, 2010

The order has now been shipped to an address which has been empty for almost a month.

I have tried three times over the past three months to email Telltale about changing the delivery address, each time I have received an auto-responce with a reference number (issue-31591, issue-33041, issue-33503) stating that I will receive a reply soon.

So far I have not received any replies from Telltale support, neither has my spam filter picked up any email replies.

Please can I have a guarantee that I will receive my items?
Is it too late to have the delivery address changed, can the courier still be informed?

If my item is returned as undeliverable, will it be resent to my new address free of charge given that Telltale have failed in their promise to respond to my efforts to inform them of my address change?

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

    James

Ok this is getting beyond a joke now.....for an establishment to have mainstream licenses but not be able to support the customer base is appauling.

I've had no feedback in over 2 weeks whatsoever other than an automated response with a ticket ref No (#33259) I must admit despite looking forward to future games from Telltale like JP / BTTF I am having serious reservations as from reading multiple posts I'm far from alone!

    Hi,

I haven't had a response to the email I sent on July 29, other than a confirmation e-mail. The issue number is issue-34136, regarding order number 24830 (alternate 60005730149660).

    Thanks.

I sent an email regarding shipping costs and have received absolutely nothing yet for 4 days (not counting the day I sent it, Sunday). It's issue-34211. Thanks!

    I sent an e-mail on July 29 and I didn't receive a reply. Reference is issue-34142.
(before that on July 21, I had made a thread in these forums with the same question, and didn't get an answer either).
    Thanks.

I requested help in getting access to the private forum areas for Tales of Monkey Island and The Devil's Playground on Monday. Today is Friday, and (other than the automated response) I still haven't heard anything from a real, live person (or even an animated person).

I pre-ordered both series (and provided the dates and order numbers for both). Is there anything else I need to do to get a response?

The issue number from the automated response is [issue-34364].

Any chance that you still have the pre-order confirmation e-mails for either game (they contained the links that allowed you to get to the private forums)?

Well, the TOMI private forum isn't private anymore, (it's closed for posting)

No, which is why I'm requesting help from TellTale (but I don't think they actually read this forum).:(

I would just like to read the messages. I'm not a big poster, anyway. :(

What Blooglspash means is that you (and anyone at all for that matter, even those who did not pre-order or order the game) can access the TOMI private forum.
    It's right here.

Issue-33677 sent on the 16th of July. Received the automated reply and no more. I've never had any troubles receiving support replies from Telltale in the past and I have absolutely no spam filtering from my ISP or my email client.

    Still, NADA.

It's been almost 2 months since the package, in theory, was shipped.

    NADA por aca también.

Little over a month and still waiting, funny how a 5 pound shipment from the UK get's here faster (10 days!) than a 10 dollar one from the US.

Sorry, but I just get a little bit impatient. I got an answer to issue-34454 indeed, but it just solved the smaller of my two problems. Then ajohnson took care of the bigger problem but he was not able to solve it either. His last statement "I assure you, we will get you taken care of." was sent one week ago. Afterwards he stopped answering me, although I wrote several small reminders to him and Bonnie. If my problem is so difficult to solve (what I do not really believe), I would be happy about hearing at least something like "We need some days."

    Hi,
It's been almost a month since I emailed you and although I did get an automated reply as well as, upon two reminder emails later from me, got a second automated reply; this does not really answer my original question.

    Please?
    Thank you.

If you've had the issue for nearly a year when the DVD has only been available for pre-order for less than 6 months, you probably only bought the downloads and not the physical copies.
Does your invoice mention a DVD (or maybe say standard edition or Deluxe Edition) or does it just say "Tales of Monkey Island"?
Do you have two sets of serial numbers for the episodes on your My Telltale page?
If so, the issue is different and you should write to support again to get a new ticket number.
Additionally, you can post your ticket number in this thread, which Telltale monitors more closely than others.
    good luck!

I preordered the game last year and paid for two copies of the dvd to be sent out at a total of $69.90, dated 20/6/2009. The invoice states that I bought two copies.

Two confirmations came through following this invoice. The first was sent on the 13/03/2010 to inform me a payment for TOMI had been taken of a further $16.90 (postage costs?) and stating it was for two copies of the game. The second was sent, 07/06/2010, confirming my order had been shipped.

Throughout, I made allowances for delays and waited patiently. I ordered two dvd copies to be sent, the orders state payment is for two copies and I have two serial numbers for the order. I received only one dvd and have not even taken the wrapping off that game because the order was wrong.

I have the order number and confirmation email, which does list me as having ordered two copies. Please can you sort this out for me.

I've written to you several times now and I've been to the forums and
listed my problems here also. Not once have you replied to my queries
    or addressed the issue.

Please can you address these issues immediately. I've been trying to
sort this issue out for nearly a year now and it's beginning to annoy me.

As things stand, I will never buy another game from telltale games, you don't take care of issues. I've wasted time trying to get the issue resolved and lost money buying two copies of a game

issue-35048: I have a question about the "Sam & Max The Devil's Playhouse" $20 gift cards sold at PAX this weekend. The $20 cards simply overwrite the current $15 dollar discount instead of paying for the current $19.95 price. If they weren't meant to stack with the discount, why were they seemingly being sold at Telltale's booth as such? I wouldn't have bought it if I was essentially only going to save $5 additional dollars.

i have sent 2 emails, received confirmation response but nothing addressing the problem. i've checked my spam folder as well. nada.

i've recently purchased the 2010 adventure bundle, and entirely forgot to double check the compatibility for my mac. i have no internet at my house, so i'm going to the local cafe to use it, and rather than waste time downloading for something that's not going to run on my computer, i'd like to know how we can trade me for something that is mac compatible, or if i'm due a refund.

please email me a.s.a.p. at heathermwhitaker@gmail.com, as i'm waiting in the cafe as we speak.

    Still no reply about issue-34683.

Missing items in my shipped order [issue-34438]

Hi there, expecially Bonnie for replying me in middle august.

Are there any clue or any good news about my order?

    I'll resume the situation.
On 17th April I've placed an order of 4 Items, 2 games and 2 gadgets.
The order number is: #600060389914240 with this items ordered:
    - Tales of Monkey Island Deluxe Edition
    - Tales of Monkey Island Drinking Vessel
    - Sam & Max Season Two Collector's DVD
    - Sam & Max Crossbone T-Shirt

Actually on 14th July was shipped to me the package that arrived the 13th of August.
Unfortunately was shipped only the T-Shirt but not the other items. So I've contacted the customer service for some help and explanations.
On the package envelope and on the shipping sheet inside it there's written that has been shipped only the T-Shirt. If needed I should scan the envelope and the shipping sheet.

I hope that it's all ok. But I'm almost concerned for any problem happened.
Please give me a clue of this all and inform me on when the other items are planned to be shipped.
    Thank You All!

This was the content of 2 mails sent to the Customer Service that have never recived an answer. I hope this is due to the Junk Filter.

Please help. I'm so preoccupated right now for my order status.

i had 2 days off and bought Sam and Max about 24 hours ago. I could not unlock my game and sent in an email with no follow up reply except for a ticket (issue 35271)

Come on guys....shouldnt there be a department on standby to handle this as its quite a priority issue/first line of customer support. Purchasing something which cant be used should be number 1 to be resolved. Seeing all these others folks with non replies for months just scares me!

Strange thing is, i bought all 3 seasons of Sam and Max and i could unlock episode 2 and 3 etc...as well as the Wallance and Gromit season which i bought together with it. Looks like for me its just an issue with Episode 1 of Season 1 Sam and Max thus im pretty sure its nothing to do with my connection at my end and more of a bug with episode 1.

Sadly being episode 1 denies me the chance to play the other episodes i unlocked. 2 days off burnt i guess. And I thought buying the game this late since its release would rarely see such a bug like an activation bug.
