Probably angry The Wolf Among Us players and haters who think that TWAU should come before TWD S2.
You can downvote this comment how much y… moreou want, but please get over it. TWD S2 is coming before the second episode of TWAU. I don't go on your TWAU forum and vote down each and every comment about episode two of TWAU.
are some people serious in this thread? TWAU and TWD fans having arguements and wars? we're playing games by the same company. we should get along. most episodes release 2 months at a time anyway since telltale aren't superman so all of you calm your shit.
Olga is unreasonable so everyone just ignore her and she'll go away.
but seriously? some of the responses here just make me sick.
people cant help being a fan of something. Btw Olga. looking back, TWD didnt have THAT much of great writing anyway. so there's that.
I guess that by "like I'm going to pay money for a game that slowed down the release of TWD" you mean, i don't pay for my games and i download them from dubious websites.
Edit- nvm my bad just read you watched a playthrough lol. eitherway don't you think you're being a bit harsh on something you haven't played?.
Who cares? Wolf Among Us! WOOO!
I feel sorry for anyone who finds that game entertaining. I watched a playthrough of the 1st episode (… morelike I'm going to pay money for a game that slowed down the release of TWD) and it was so bad... Boring, slow and laughable.
Luckily for me, Beyond Two Souls is finally out...

Looking back. its easy to see comparisions between the first few months of rick's group and Lee's group
1) both hang around in an area with an RV at hand close to the city
2) Both end up on a farm and both encounter cannibals at some point
3) both end up losing a majority of their group.
Not saying its TERRI-BAD it's just easy seeing how similier the adventures are all together.
Meanwhile Olga is saying TWAU is terrible just cause it's not "realistic"

lol.
kinda see what your saying but still also yes Olga is b*tching about nothing really, her only reason she can say TWAU is bad is that it's not the walking dead.

Telltale usualy release their games two weeks after revealing a trailer or a teaser.
The Walking Dead Season 1 teaser trailer revealed March 15th, 2012; first episode released April 24th, almost six weeks later.
The Wolf among Us teaser trailer revealed August 14th, 2013; first episode October 11th, 2013, eight weeks later.
This could mean we'll be playing The Walking Dead Season Two in early to mid November.
Yes, it could!! But that is by no means certain. Don't get your hopes up TOO high here. They're pumping that Season out quicker than ever, but there ARE limits.
TWD S2 is coming before the second episode of TWAU.
Most of this can be achieved by using common sense. You don't have to look far. A Tweet by Telltale themselves is the closest thing to official information we can get because they never make a sound down here on the forum. And since they wrote the same thing on their official Facebook page, it's yet another reason why it is credible information. Don't you remember when Telltale last wrote they had 'big' information in connection with The Walking Dead? The information turned out to be the release date for Episode Five; which was released a week later. It would be ideal for Telltale to release the game in late October or early November because Halloween is approaching. Regarding The Wolf Among Us, it's obvious that Telltale will release The Walking Dead before a new episode of The Wolf Among Us. As Telltale themselves have said several times in interviews they will run both games simultaneously and The Walking Dead will release in the same 'zone' as The Wolf Among Us. It's obviously worth keeping spirits up after for once getting something new from Telltale. Please, don't try to find more methods to get us even more frusterated than we already are. And there it is friends; my opinion. Your ridiculous votewars can't take that away from me.

That especially is by no means certain.
I don't recall the episode 5 release date of TWD being revealed a week in advance of the episode. I remember usually waiting a couple of weeks before Telltale got the 'okay' with Sony and Microsoft to release some of the episodes. Was this "big information" given in a blog post?

The reason TTG hasn't release anything yet is because they're not done working on it. Once they're finished they'll release stuff. Okay? Beyond that point, when they're finished with it, they have to come up with a date and work with PSN, XBLA, Steam, etc. on a date that works.
Then a few days to a week later after the release date is officially announced, they'll release the game. Just knowing that we will be getting big news this month makes me happy.
I was expecting TWD to be released in October since I had read that the game would be released this fall. But I'm starting to think that it will only be released in November. One thing is sure,it can't be released after December because they said it would launch in 2013.

pay no attention to olga she's just a butthurt TWD fan girl that doesn't like that TWAU came out before TWD season 2, both are brilliant games and she probably hasn't even seen anything on TWAU and is just chatting bs.
Seriously? It's like the same game as TWD with different stuff in it.
If you ignore the crappy writing, a storyline that makes no sens… moree whatsoever, annoying and unlikeable characters, yeah it's the same game...
Seriously, the only thing TWD and TWAU have in common are the graphics.
late november or december at the latest is where my bet is. i think that it will come before episode 2 of TWAU so that they can alternate the games so that we get an episode per month of one or the other. that way they would run concurrently and TT fans will always have something new to play for the next 10 months.
Well since they are working on TWAU right now I would think they will release it either on December or January-February.... Althought releasing it next Spring wouldn't be a bad idea....
Comments
personally, i really want both of them and if they are releasing episodes alongside each other each month that'd be a dream come true for me.
i fully agree with you, and i can't wait for TWD season 2 or TWAU episode 2.

Also what BlankcanvasDj said.
Yeah we need to get along and not argue which is better, but TWDs writing was pretty damn amazing so i disagree with you there.

The whole hatchet thing is unrealistic too even for Ben.

yeah, that was beyond stupid.

Might have been. I was not a member here back then and just followed their Blog and got Telltale's information via a third party like IGN.
I think he meant the Official Launch Trailer..
The reason TTG hasn't release anything yet is because they're not done working on it. Once they're finished they'll release stuff. Okay? Beyond that point, when they're finished with it, they have to come up with a date and work with PSN, XBLA, Steam, etc. on a date that works.

Can't wait for the big news. I hope it's not some BS like "TellTaleGames presents The Walking Dead Season 2! Trailer and updates coming SOON!"
I have a Theory.
TWAU E1 - October
TWD S2 E1 - November
TWAU E2 - December
Fair enough.
I was expecting TWD to be released in October since I had read that the game would be released this fall. But I'm starting to think that it will only be released in November. One thing is sure,it can't be released after December because they said it would launch in 2013.
December is Winter, so it gotta be November.
Winter begins around December 21.
But look at his name, he's an addict! He needs more!
Late November or Early December.
Telltale has said that every episode will come out within a 1.5-2 month time-spand after each episode is released.
Judging by her profile pic, she IS the Lily of the Telltale forums.
Are these not the same writers who did the Walking Dead Correct me if Im wrong but they didnt just get a new crop of writers for this game, did they?
I read that TWD season 2 will release sometime in Nov, 2013. Unless that date has changed.
Guessing by the lack of reaction, nobody really reads the comic? Was a Negan quote, not meant to be a true attack.
Any legit source?
Of course not.

No, they didn't. Jake and Sean left, and the same Jake and Sean have hired one (1) new writer for Season 2 these last months.
Fair enough. My point was that she was ragging on the writing but its not like they are completely different companies doing both games.
Why the hell would they release it that late, TWD should come out early November and TWAU should come out mid November my opinion.
my bet is just after they release the tv show in asia some countries here start show late
last i heard it was coming very soon... lol
