After reading this whole topic, there's something that has always bothered me when people start listing all the things Ben has done wrong. It's the whole issue with him not watching Clementine. Now, when she first appeared outside, I had the same anger, until I spoke to him and learned what had happened. He was called off to help with Omid, probably urgently. If someone frantically yells for you to come running, you do. Even if it was just a more casual request, leaving Clem alone to go makes perfect sense, because it's not like she's a toddler or we're outside.
And that's just it. People are quick to blame Ben and say the "just a kid" thing is no excuse. What about Clem? Yes, she's nine, but she's mature and has seen a lot. She knows better than to go wandering outside and off the property to go wandering around, looking for Lee, who told her to stay in the house. There are bad people and tons of Walkers these days, both of which she has encountered and nearly been killed by many times before-the latter just moments beforehand. Yet not once in this topic did anyone hold her accountable for her own actions. You're not doing her any favors by blaming Ben for her reckless behavior.

I was actually more annoyed with Ben afterwards than I was with the idea that … moreClem left while he was apparently helping Christa.
-"I think she went out to play in the backyard."
-"Alone? With no one watching her?"
-"Man will you get off my back?"
He wasn't busy, he was just acting like he couldn't be arsed to help.
You were talking about when Clementine snuck out after Kenny and Lee left. I was referring to the point afterwards, when Lee couldn't find her after he came back with Vernon.
No, that's the same part. Lee and Kenny leave, run into Molly, Clem shows up, Lee gets separated from them when the Walkers attack, then returns to the mansion with Vernon.

Wasn't that before she was kidnapped? Ben is not her babysitter at all times.
Implying he was at any point? It was before Crawford, and after the only time I asked Ben to look out for her.
Then, isn't that the moment I already addressed?
