Will season 2 be a worldwide premier? Meaning will it come out before Xmas for US then a week later for the UK? Cause if it came out on the 20th and the UK have to wait longer id like to be disappointed now not on Xmas day which is when I plan to download and play.
You're on the safe side with the PC/Mac and Xbox versions in any case, these usually release almost simultaneously internationally.
Same goes for the PlayStation (PSN) - in North America. There is always the chance that the European PS Network lags a few days behind the US release; but this actually seems to be negligible for the first episode of a given Season (for comparison: for TWD Season 1 and The Wolf among Us, PSN EU released episode 1 within a day after PSN NA).
But, seriously, if your plan is to play on Christmas day specifically, no platform choice in the UK should stand in your way. I'd rather guess people have been playing on all platforms for days by then.

@puzzlebox The season premiere will come out before Christmas, but we're yet to announce specific dates. We're usually only able to confirm those VERY close to the actual release, like just a few days out (or sometimes even just the day before!).
When we do have dates to announce, you'll see them on our blog, Facebook, Twitter, and pretty much anywhere else that'll publish 'em.
So I think as of now, they haven't submitted it yet, knowing that it takes less than 2 weeks before they know when will they release it. So, we can hold on to that before Christmas release!
@puzzlebox What's the harm in telling us if you submitted the game to your partners already, or not?
This is pretty much our only obstacle right now to adapt to the upcoming premiere.

Vaina, I realize that the sheer number of posts with the same stuff must be getting to you, but snide comments like that don't help your case. Yes, there will continue to be people that just can't get it into their head that Telltale may not have the jurisdiction to release it whenever or they have a specific reason not to, so I can see how it coming up constantly can be irritating. However, I have seen a handful of comments where you come off as a jerk that you otherwise are clearly not. May I suggest ignoring it for a while till people get the game? I dunno, it might help. Your call, though.

I don't think Telltale or Kirkman would like the TV/Comic chars to have a cameo in the game.
They even modified the Lilly achievment to not look like she is from the comic.

Actually... Xbox is known for releasing worldwide, but when I waited for Burrial at Sea (Bioshock Infinite), I learned from Twitter, that I was able to download the DLC in Denmark a full 20 minutes before most people in US:) I comfirmed that fact with 2 american guyes, while I was wating for the download to finish:)
So if you play Xbox, you can be sure, that you won't have to wait long, you might even get it a tiny bit ealy;)

If you said you wanted telltale to release something next week, and someone replied with a smart ass comment, would you think that's acceptable?

Not that it would be ideal as opposed to both releases in a separate week, but my guess is that Wolf Episode 2 and Walking Dead will release around a few days apart. I don't see much leeway otherwise for Telltale to release both games this month with hints on Twitter of Walking Dead coming before Wolf Episode 2.
