I dont understand why telltale isnt telling us anything? What are they thinking? They love to tease their fans. This isnt very nice. I mean we pay this game and with that we payed for informations too. Come on puzzlebox you have to tell us about the release date. Steam says 17th of December... you have to tell us if this is true or not. Ur fans deserve informations now. I know you love to torture your fans but pls have some mercy for one time.

Telltale has said they're still on track for release before Christmas. That means right now, the simultaneously releasing console versions of the first episode have to be in Sony's and Microsoft's certification process, which USUALLY takes two weeks. But if things need to be corrected in those builds of the game, the process could take longer. As a consequence, only when Telltale gets a positive answer from their partners can they determine a release date, i.e. only DAYS before release.
If they come out saying "it's looking like ... this or that date", and end up being wrong, the damage and disappointment is WORSE than it would have been if they just kept their mouths shut.
Steam says 17th of December. They could be correct, of course.
But at this time, it's irrelevant whether they're going on their own info or on Telltale's, because both parties are just guessing presently.
I know you love to torture your fans but pls have some mercy for one time.
No torture methods were used neither by Telltale nor by Valve in the making of their release date information. That at least is true for the Walking Dead, Season 2.

I honestly don't believe this at all... Not because of the "I'm gonna die if she dies" phenomena, but just because that'd be a really bad way to tell this story. And TTG has a real source of good storytelling in their hands with this little girl, I don't think they'd ruin it like this.
Oh,and the viper eyes, well it just comes from the "treatment" of the picture. A little bit of "sepia"/"instagram" style that makes her eyes so "viperish"
You're right, you can tell it's brighter and more colorful than it should be. Kinda looks weird when you compare it to the original. Whoever cut her better hope I never find them.

If Valve announces a release date that's incorrect - like they did just last month - no one blames Valve.
If Telltale announces a release date they can't eventually make true, well...

I was under the impression that the release of Ep. 2 would be around the time of the premire of season 2 of TWD. If I'm wrong, so be it. Shame we have to wait until after the New Year.

I agree - Dec 17th IS likely for the TWD2 Season opener.
But you'd rather hope for January 7th for the second TWaU episode, as it is unfortunately already confirmed on the blog that it won't come this year.
