I'm saying a game in its design stage will likely not delay anything.
Borderlands is not much more than an idea in Telltale's books. Thinking that Borderlands would delay The Walking Dead Season 2 or The Wolf among Us is like thinking The Wolf among Us had delayed The Walking Dead Season 1.
I know, it's confusing. But nothing's wrong with Telltale announcing a new franchise, absolutely nothing.
Oh, I stand I corrected. My apology Mr Vain. I hope this Borderlands game is not connected to the previous Borderlands game, not a fan of FPS. Though, I love the fact that we're getting a FEMALE PC again. (based on the trailer)

I cheer with the Wolf among Us people presently, and I could understand if they get a wrong vibe from this announcement.
But people craving more 'trailers' for a game that comes out in less than two weeks most likely?
I mean, seriously, how many times do you want to lick that sandwich before you can finally take a bite?
For the Borderlands fans, the waiting has only just begun, while YOU have dinner right in sight.
This about sealed the deal for me when you show more of a trailer for a game than one that fans actually were looking forward to and that you could pre-order. NIce Telltale real nice take our money and run!
Yeah, I suppose I'll give it a shot. We're all huge fans of TWD and the fact we do not have an official release date just makes me skeptical that they'll delay it to January or something.

I think TT would probably try to stay away from passing the set deadline (ie. before xmas) that would certainly hurt their creditably to be trusted. So I guess its safe to say it should be this month
It does seem that they're just starting to plan the Game of Thrones game though, so hopefully they won't be having too much on their plate making TWD and TWAU
There is still plenty more to go. But I doubt they will release the news today. Like puzzlebox said "sunday- tuesday we will be getting news" but yet that is still an estimate. They probally just need final confirmation from all platforms. They are trying to make the release dates on all consoles as close as they can.
Jesus the game is supposed to be out within two weeks but they've barely said anything about it and now we're finding out they're adding two other games that will take forever to come out. At this rate, we'll have two episodes a year from one of their games if we're lucky.
In my opinion Telltale should have a trailer of TWD 2 in the VGX to promote their product since the pre-orders on steam right now aren't as high as they should be. It feels like most people are waiting till it will be £5 on steam.

I wouldn't say that's the case. It's just that it's tiresome not to have any news or a release date at all when we're a little over two weeks away removed from Christmas. My point is don't make promises if you can't deliver.

There are no pre-orders for most of the platforms they release on. If you really believe money is Telltale's sole release catalyst, you better believe things will be moving fast in the future.
I've missed most of the show, did they say anything other than 2014 for Game of Thrones? I could see them releasing Game of Thrones in late 2014 and maybe Borderlands in 2015. That would allow them plenty of time to wrap up TWAU and TWD.

There is a good chance we can get a release date by tomorrow or Monday for S2, so don't get too disappointed.

Game of Thrones
WTF
DAMMIT TELLTALE! Borderlands AND GoT but not TWD?!
Fallout4confirmed
4 games? OH GOD!!
Maybe they annouce it later? Lets hope so
They are NOT going to handle four games... I mean look at the poor support with TWAU.
Would it kill them to at least ask about S2??
It does seem that they're just starting to plan the Game of Thrones game though, so hopefully they won't be having too much on their plate making TWD and TWAU
They have surprised us this evening, maybe they will.

3 things from the same company at one show.. yeah, right.

Hope is the thing that has let me down the most. I've heard of hope, and have learned to avoid it.
Ever heard of hope?
I doubt they are going to full support and release on time all FOUR games.I mean comon,FOUR games? How much work is that?
IGN:Telltale just announced - The Walking Dead Season 2 Episode 3 is coming out January,2015,while TWAU Episode 4 should arrive around fall in 2015!
All i have to say is you never know unless you watch VGX fully.
It is possible they expanded their staff to work on these games, after all that is what any good business would do.
I've already said this they got their pre-order money they don't care.....

poor mark. xd
come on telltale just update us about season 2 why is it so hard to do that
Never trust IGN. That's my motto.
Of course Episode 1 is still on track for before Christmas.
He's joking. Everyone got that... I mean, I hope everyone got that... joke? Anyone??

They announced that borderlands was for 2014. I dont think they said Game of thrones was 2014. but it probally is.
No, just two.
Both of them said 2014
