haha ok, Super Fan, I like that response I had a bad experience with TWD when my secondary save file patched over my original TWICE I had to simulate all my decisions to play the end and it left me kinda sour. Then they stack too much on their plate to adequately execute proper release dates and customer support responses. Then they put the game on sale on steam with bonus stuff before the 2nd EP is even out! Why not let every customer experience that bonus dvd, I love stuff like that and I don't get it because I am on Xbox and chose to support the game on day 1? IDK its just too much bs for me, and they will never create a game to the best of their abilities anyways while making 4 games at once. Luckily I am not a fan of any of their other games.
The only thing that will bring me back is if TT makes a mega disaster survival game like surviving a sinking ship, falling skyscraper, or tidal wave etc....but those games are too cool and TT wouldn't be able to handle anything but popular culture
I'm no FanBoy. Just a super fan. I also like TWAU and that wait is insane i get it, but it's no reason just to throw in the towel with TT. They're busy.
I know there are things called opinions but yours is terribly wrong. For starters, unless you're rushing through every episode, I got at /least/ 3-5 hours out of each episode. Developers run into problems, not every game goes smoothly as you think they do. Instead of releasing it at the date they said they are, it gets held back because of unbearable issues. Shit happens, they are not perfect. To say there is a lack of business ethic is a slap in the face. I'd like to see you try to do this with a team the size of theirs. They are doing the best they can and listening to the feedback from the community and trying to avoid issues like the first season had. With your mentality I don't think you should have the ability to play their games.
I don't care how great the game is. If the developers don't have enough common sense to know that 3 plus months is FAR too long of a wait betw… moreeen an episodic game, that comes in 2 hour increments, then there is some serious lack of business ethic. Hey Telltale! why don't you take a note out of The Ravens playbook, a new title out on xbox arcade, they released every episode on the first release date! If you don't have the ability to release episodes in a timely manner you should have known, and you should have done something like The Raven did. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER GAME FROM YOU GUYS, EVER. And on top of that I have already talked close to 20 people out of buying your games, and will continue you do so, trust me i know A LOT of gamers. We won't just sit here quiet while you guys practice some of the worst business strategies in video game history.
I AM DONE, TELLTALE BURN IN GAMER HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the benefit of using pop-culture in your games TT good job. You get people that would probably wait 10 years for an episode and blindly love it, then question other people who have issues with it. I am glad I don't watch shows like TWD and GOT cuz these games don't have that pull on me. I am not invested in the noise and will call it like I see it, TT games are not worth the wait. Let me put it this way I LOVE me a double quarter pounder with cheese but If I have to wait 10 min to get it then I will be spending my money on a different food item; the fundamentals of being a paying customer.

Alot of people did assume that since some staff was at the event it would entail S2, but that was not the case. TT is a business there's more … moreto them than just Twd and Twau. I understand the frustration with people not seeing info last night, but 2 new games instead. You just have to understand its likely those games will be worked on near the completion of Twd and Twau seasons, so as we know @puzzlebox stated over and over again S2 is on track for release within the next few weeks lets just look forward to that for now.
I applaud you for your stance and I am with you on that. All of these people trying to argue against customers who are rightfully upset are most likely fan boys of the tv shows, they have no choice but to take it from TT. I won't bend over and take it just because the shows and games are good. Its about principal and companies with none should not be supported. Especially when the company neglects to respond to fans and when they do it is to shift the blame, ridicule and silence them.
Heh it'll be tough but my stance isn't against the game it's against the companies policy and until it changes I don't think I'll support them. But I agree the games will almost definitely be amazing.
I'm not in it for the pop-culture. I played the game before I read the comics or watched a season of the show. The story blew me away. The way they portrayed emotion and conflict was what drew me in, not the notion that because it's popular I must love this. The quality of the game is what makes me wait. It's hard to find new gen games with as much emotion as telltales.

Upset about what? That Telltale doesn't release a game every month? That sounds more like fanbois then people who are patiently waiting for a quality game.

I'm fed up too... Since I can't play and fully enjoyed Walking Dead season 1 ... I know it might be out of purpose ... But still !
http://www… more.telltalegames.com/community/discussion/53279/walking-dead-season-1-ep-02-game-save-bug- (if someone has time and know what to do...)
Besides, I hope TWAU ep2 will be unbugged, 'cuz it's really annoying to face bug + waiting + delay etc...
I enjoy Bioware and Sucker Punch a bit more as developers, and I'm sure I will like these games too, well probably the Borderlands one. I never got into Game of Thrones (one of very few it seems) but a lot of people were excited. Regardless, they make good games. I did research on their year where they made a ton of games and a lot of them did not do so well critically , to be frank, I hope they settle down and focus on what they have on their plate now. I have faith based off episode one of Wolf Among Us will be great, and I think they should stick to comics, but that's just me. I can tell they have wanted to work with Gearbox for a long time, so I'm glad they get the chance to expand on the Borderlands universe that many people enjoy.
Walking Dead is a popular comic book series that has a game and tv series based off of it...sigh can't trust them if they don't even talk properly about the franchises lol
Don't know if we can post links or not, but according to the Huffington post article about TTG's "Game Of Thrones" Season 2 Might be released … moreby the 17th.

Telltale has a long history of creating video games from popular movies and television series like "Jurassic Park" and "The Walking Dead," and now they will be bringing the world of Westeros to life for game consoles.
The "Game of Thrones" video game will be episodic, much like their "Walking Dead" game which they will be releasing season 2 of on Dec. 17.
No word yet on when in 2014 the "Game of Thrones" game will be released, but season four of the HBO series is set to debut in the Spring

My LITTLE circle of female gamer friends?! Yeah right, you know it ))) . I just speek about my own preferences and the experience I got from my own friends (as I said), if you can't deal with it, well: you can call me names in private - this community isn't a Place for vulgar behaviour
Please, I never say this kinda stuff and I don't care if I get a warning or thumbs down but please stfu. You make it sound like just goths or … moreNOT alot of female games due to ur llittle circle of female friends means that most f gamers don't like those settings, while I am trans I physically AM still female so I think I have a right to speak up here.
While you may NOT have alot of female friends who enjoy these settings think of all the females who do and honestly this post right here makes you seem sexist to not only males but to females as well so please stop.
Vulgar behaviour? What the hell are you even talking about?
Also I use the term "little" alot not as a insult or anything, sooo yaaaa (Example: You said not alot of ur female friends personally play those types of games, infact you said only two of them, thus it is a little number from ur group, yes?)
Just saying what I posted before in a reply to the posts... You just seemed to put a label on people on who they might be (goth) into liking these games and you came off as well just very immature and even a little sexist to both genders and its very sad to see. Also it looks like you have some insecurity issues or anger issues at the least from this post "If you can't deal with it, well you can call me names in private, this community isn't a Place for vulgar behavior
Correct me if I am wrong, but aren't these games rated Mature for people who can mentally handle them?

They just confirmed what we already knew.
Also, their twitter page is TWD themed. Which means that they are now focusing on marketing TWD. So a release date should be here soon.
Man you are such a high maintenance customer. TWD S2 will be out in about two weeks and the fact is you say Telltale are taking on too many projects? Please, they are WORKING with other people like Robert Kirkman and it is reported that they will be working with George RR Martin to develop the GOT game so they already have fantastic minds/stories/scripts all they have to do is discuss the finer technical details and gameplay. You have such a narrow mind, if you think your ultimatum even matters then you are an idiot. I have tonnes of friends who have pre-ordered the game and they don't mind the wait if the quality of the game is good. Grow up and get some patience.
Got to say Vain, you really are unnecessarily critical on people, even if you don't agree with someone, act like a MOD, I figured part of ur job while volunteer was supposed to be to up hold the peace or however you want to call it, not jab at people like I see you mostly doing with rude unnecessary and smart ass remarks, as the "No one was slapped yesterday." was that really necessary or mature?
I do from time to time agree with several things you say but sometimes just seems ya like to act like...this and its pretty odd to see for someone who should be professional with the title they hold as a "moderator"

While I do love the fact that they can no longer back out of this months release two things bug me about this
1. It only says "THIS MONTH" and NOT "Before xmas"
2. No real release date given again

We are the dude, Telltale is the couch.
They wanna sneak up at us and smash the release in our faces, point blank.

Yes, it's true they tweeted something everyone knew. But we should still look at this as a positive. The deathly silence is finally broken.
EDIT: I guess that's what you were saying already. So right now, I'm shoving my foot in my mouth.
They likely won't release a game during/after Christmas. Perhaps they thought that "this month" should be assumed to mean "Before Christmas" because of this.

I got it for the ear keychain and because I like the TV show. I wanted it to be good, but I ended up watching it on YouTube.

It's so much easier knowing that the game is definitely coming within a week or two. Just hang in there.
That's when you send Resetti to the Nintendo HQ to do some lecturing
Yes, it's obvious not all of us can be the omniscient demigod you clearly are.
Get off your high horse and grow up.
Borderlands 8
Quiet day from TT. What do you expect for tomorrow?
Wtf? Lol i have to admit that made me laugh . But on a serious note, what do you expect?
