I am pleased to hear about a release date. Usually they would put it out only like a day or two days before, but this being almost a week before gives me a bit of hope that they're listening to the fans about being open and honest on communication.
A bit of hope. We'll see. Now if they can put out new episodes every four-six weeks, as they said on their FAQs:
Episode one will be available to download before Christmas, with subsequent episodes becoming available 4--6 weeks apart.

I'm gonna wait for official confirmation. Major Nelson has been wrong before, particularly in regards to stuff by Telltale.
Yeah we all are waiting dude. For confirmation and even more for a release.
For episode one! There will be more waiting for concurring episodes.

Well, from Season 1, the PS3 got it first if I remember because SSoH played TWD S1 on PC and when Episode 4 came out, he had to wait a day to get it.
I remember PS3 getting it before the Xbox so we are ok. I have a PS3 as well and am confident will we get it next Tuesday.
If you don't know if this is legit. Why get hopes up if it's not facts by telltale. Hope telltale puts out more vines.

I hope us on the EU psn is getting it on the same date as the rest of the world.
Ahhhh you could still be better off than Xbox with the release date.

But it's true. EU often gets the short end of the stick. But sometimes telltale releases their stuff simultaneously across the globe. Sometimes.
What about the PC? It will be the same for Xbox?
The PC version should come out the day before the Xbox release, if the 18th is legit. Which is already anticipated to be the 17th by Steam.

I remember always getting Episodes on PSN on Tuesday's in the US.
Good to have a release date. Does anyone know if season 2 going to be on next-gen consoles at some point?
We don't know for sure, but Telltale have said they'd like to work with next-gen consoles, so it's a strong possibility.
I wish the Xbox version came out the same day as the PC

Does anyone know when the Game Boy Advance version will be released? Any information would be appreciated.
The GBA Version comes along with the IOS and SNES Version of the Game next year.
