Steam says it's available and ready to download... But it still doesn't do anything when I click install!

Yeah, nevermind! It's downloading as we speak! I was just a little on the edge with all the "coming soon", "coming very soon", "coming sooner than the soon we said before" etc.

i pre order since october and i receive any mail and now i got nothin but i got a bill of pay pal i pre order on telltale store.
It's available tomorrow worldwide for the Xbox 360 users and PS3 users(not including North America)

My windows 8 system wont allow me to install the game, despite starting it as admin... lol - any help is appreciated.
edit fixed the issue, changed some things in the windows smartscreen settings.
