How to Pre-order?

I hope this question is not so much silly. I Was just about to click somewhere on this web or in Steam, but I cant pre-order nowhere. I dont understand why. Pls answer and be patient enough with my stupidity :)

    The simple answer is that you can't yet!

    It's too early in the games development for there to be a pre-order system in place. Further down the line, sometime next year, the option will become available. But not yet. :)
