I had a moment in Season 5 that had me laughing for a good, long while. Zombies are rushing the manor house and we're trapped inside. Everyone turns to me for orders since at some point I became the de facto leader.

Lee: "Kenny! Move furniture against the doors and windows!"
Kenny: "That's what I was thinking!"
Lee: "Ben!"

Ben: "Uhhh okay, I guess I'll just do nothing."
I couldn't think of what Ben might be useful doing in this situation so I ended up running out of time to click anything. In light of how utterly useless Ben was over the course of the first season, this moment was unintentional comedy gold to me, even if the 'quote' was just dead silence.
The first encounter with Vernon down the sewers from episode 4 comes to mind.
Lee:"You threatening me,old man? Because you're not gonna like how that goes. Put the fucking gun down before you really make me mad."
Brie:"He's bluffing."
Lee:"You think so? Try me."
Vernon:"Keep back or i swear i'll shoot!"
Lee:"No, i don't think so. I know killers, i've seen my share. You ain't got the look. And that means you ain't got the balls. Now drop the goddamn gun!

If you play an incredibly calm Lee and say "hello" to the stranger and keep silent when Clementine calls out and keep Lee calm throught the conversation the "Do I look like a monster to you" "We all do" . justs sounds so utterly tired followed especially by if Lee seems to concede to giving Clementine to the guy. Lee knows he's not going to make it and would rather Clem be with someone he knows will defend her with their life then on her own.
The Urban line was god-tier and I hope TTG reference it at some point in Season 2.
