The "Clem looking left slide" is the only one I couldn't figure out. The other two slides change depending on who stays at the camp in 400 days (Vince/Wyatt) and also how many stayed at the camp because then Clem appears to have slightly more blood on her left cheek.

okay... just to add to all the info... I have xbox in the U.S. and everybody except for bonnie stayed at the camp in my 400 days save file that I have imported to season 2...
one other thing (and I did not think to look before I imported the save to see if maybe it had changed) the slide for "Amid the ruins" is already able to be seen BEFORE you import your season 1 save... ... so unless it changes, im lead to believe that nothing you do in season 1 affects who is in the slide...
Can you do that with the person standing behind Clem? It might be Molly or Troy (binoculars guy who I think is Carver). The picture without Clem is on page 3 on this thread.

PS3 in Europe and Xbox 360 worldwide get Clementine facing the screen with the Vince silhouette.

I think the "Vince" silhouette could be Troy, aka the guy with the binoculars on the episode 2 slide. I mean Vince and Troy kind of have similar hairstyles and plus the silhouette looks like its wearing the same jacket and undershirt as Troy.
Their community at the time of 400 Days sounded legit, the guy on the radio even says: "We're building a good group here. Let's keep it that way". The guy's voice on the radio didn't seem sinister, and Tavia mentioned that she would be willing to be their hostage until they were satisfied, which seems like a pretty big leap of faith. Why would she risk her life in meeting these survivors unless she wanted to recruit them? She seemed totally normal and gave some good arguments.
I don't think the new community will have descended into cultism, worst is that it has disbanded and collapsed.
So some people have a Kenny figure and some have a Vince figure... And then some have Clem looking down and some looking to the side... I swear to god this game absolutely blows my godamn mind lol

Very odd but I seem to have the same slide but when my brother was playing season 2 it had that asian guy from 400 days instead of that kenny shadow like figure. he never finished 400 days and will do it today but still, i guess it randomly generated it? I got everybody to leave with tavia back at the camp so does this mean tavia was really evil or something?

Probably it's the name of the stranger, who talked to Tavia on… more her walkie-talkie or it could be the name of an antagonist...
Also, it's the first slide showing her without her cap...I think that's the most interesting fact...

Someone supposedly said that their slide changed after they imported their save and played through Episode One, but I don't know if that's true..
It seems so random. Maybe it reads your first save file before you import and that decides it?
