He becomes the big bad wolf in an intense fight or when he gets really mad like Beast becomes more evil-like with the horns and his eyes turn red

I guess he just looked more scary in the preview because he is in the shadows.
I'm guessing his glamour is wearing off, like how it gradually does when he's fighting, he's just in a more advanced stage. Maybe someone is messing with him and making his glamour lose it's effect, but that's just baseless speculation.

I don't read the comics, so I was under the impression that he did and for some reason you have to 'control it' before it wears off. Could you tell me how Bigby does it?
Long story short, Bigby was a giant wolf first but contracted lycanthropy after arriving in the mundane world when he allowed himself to be cut with a lycanthropy stained knife. After that, he was able to appear human at will. He can appear as a human, a wolf, or a wolf-man whenever he likes. No glamour needed. He tends to "wolf out" when he gets extremely angry, though he's basically in control of it.

Actually that looks more like Beast's form instead of Bigby, we already saw him slightly losing his glamour after becoming mad.

Well at first I thought he was a man that turned into a wolf version of werewolf, but then people were like "that's bullcrap" and left it there without explaining it. So that happened, then I came to think he was a giant fucking wolf with a glamour. Thanks to Violet_Zephyr, I now know he's basically a reverse werewolf.

Probably because this is clearly Bigby, and it doesn't look much like Beast's monster form at all.
His eyes are yellow like Bigby's go when he's angry. Beast's go red.
His fur is black like Bigby's, whereas Beast has brown fur.
Beast also has horns, this guy doesn't.
True, I replayed the first ep and I missed the horns bit.
