Trust me, she wouldn't put out a tweet like that without Telltale knowing. In other words I think it could be two weeks maximum till it is released or see a trailer or more info etc.
Shaving off Kenny's moustache is probably running neck-and-neck with killing Clementine as "most ill-advised creative decision made purely for the sake of cheap shock value."
If it's "finished", then we have two weeks of waiting while the Episode passes through the certification process. If so, then it will most likely be released near the two month mark... and my exam week.
If you're talking about 'this soon' being exaggerated as its been 7 weeks since episode 1 then let me reword it... What I meant was, this soon after TWAU release. Or 'this soon' as in, TWAU took 4 months but this took half the time, maybe less. It's early days though.
