You know he's an actual person, right? Not just an automated video game news dispenser? He has a life outside of just being Telltale's PR guy. And that's his personal twitter. Where he posts personal tweets. Some of them happen to be about TWD because he works for Telltale, but he has no obligation to post only TWD news just to please you. Being pissed off at someone just for living their life is just silly.
Why can't telltale give us ANY news at all
Gosh they are the only company I've seen who does not give a release date until the actual release I love and hate this company
Part two of The Wolf Among Us was the first Telltale episode I actually had to wait for, being a latecomer to their games. So did I arrive just in time to witness a new precedent being set? Or are delays and lack of communication a common thing? I'm not sure which would be more off-putting.
I'm starting to wonder if Telltale has some kind of seething contempt for their own fanbase. I've seen a similar relationship between BioWare and their fans. Don't get me wrong here, I really hope it's just the impatience and paranoia talking.
On the contrary. Kevin Bruner instituted this whole downvote system because he thought that it would out of the question to think that Telltale fans would stoop to doing things like punitively downvoting each other for mere disagreements.
Look how that turned out.
And from what I'm seeing, there appears to be far more contempt for fans towards Telltale than the other way around.

TELLTALE -- call me !!
A Telltale PR person who doesn't post pictures of his pet on his personal twitter account?

I played season 1 all in one go, I never had to wait for each episode I played it from the disc. But I have downloaded season 2, so my question is did you have to wait this long for each episode in season 1 to come out?
Nearly. By next Tuesday (18th) it will have been just as long as the wait as "Starved for Help" (which was the longest wait for an episode we had). And while I still do think it's coming out in February I don't think it will be the 18th now. New bets for me are the 25th.
Should be noted though that Telltale are making two ongoing series at the same time now though. And The Wolf Among Us Episode 2 took WAY too long to finally come out. But I don't think that's gonna happen again.

I don't know how you all feel about it, but it gives me the impression TT is very unprofessional.
Just giving a release date a day before the actual date is basically like saying:
"We don't trust ourselves enough to keep our own deadlines, so by keeping us from embarrassing ourselves, we give none at all."

If that's all they're waiting for, credits music, then hopefully it'll be done soon. Provided the music doesn't have any swearing in it (which I doubt) they could probably submit it for approval as it is.
EDIT: He says it's for Telltale, not TWD. There's a possibility it could be the episode 5 credits for TWAU or something, though an Ep2 trailer/credits song is more likely.
They're gonna have different end credits songs for each episode? Sure that'd be awesome, but if it takes this long it's not worth it. I guess Anadel is working on the end credits song for Episode Five. Season One had the same credits track for EP1-4.
Anadel is teasing new music for TWD.

They said they are working on a song but they didn't say which episode it was for, it could be for any episode or the final end credits, they could have recorded the song for episode 2 when they recorded the In The Water remix. They also could be under a NDA so can only give us small amounts of information about their work with Telltale.

Yes, going on people's nerves equals gaining attention.
uh yeah? how does it not?
If you have that big of problem with it just ignore it. As paying customers we have the right to voice our opinions. Aren't mods suppose to keep the peace on forums and not exacerbate the problems?
Not a good enough reason to delay another title. It's a punch Telltale have to take if A House Divided overshadow The Wolf Among Us. They can't let their mistakes affect other games.

No matter how angry or irrational the fans might get, they're not the ones in the position of power. It's the people who hold all the cards we should be more wary of.

Going by the fact that Telltale started teasing TWD a while ago, and their habit of releasing a trailer on a Thursday then releasing the next Tuesday, and the TWAU Ep2 trailer seeming to come out of nowhere, I'd say we're probably getting a "surprise trailer" tonight. Now don't get your hopes up, because I could be wrong, but I'd say it's likely.. and if we don't get a trailer tonight, then the earliest the game could be released will be the 25th.

I agree. Telltale have been somewhat of a jack-in-the-box lately. And they have been unusually quiet this week.
If this were to happen it will probably be around 3 PM, or 9 PM EST. Those are the times they have used before.

Come on TellTale! Is it so hard to tell us if the game will release this month or not?
I'm kind of supposed to, yeah.
They're also the only company aiming at monthly episodic multiplatform releases. There might be a connection there somewhere.
And here I thought Riot Games was bad at communication.

dude that was awesome I needed a good laugh thanks.:)
I was really hoping for episode two for this week. I'm stuck inside during the snowstorm... But I'll be excited regardless of when it releases!
Even if it's another year?

I joined yesterday and even I know this bullsh*t xD
It's quite common but it never fails to piss you off xD

Yes, it's a common thing. But each time it always give you a different approach to piss you off even more than last time.
Since no release trailer yet I guess I'm better start thinking about a 25th february release anh?
I don't even remember the names of some characters anymore xD And playing it again just to come back here and wait would be too much for me to handle
Edit: Okay, you can stop editing my post now. I'm gonna stop with those memes. Looks like Telltale disapprove of them.

If I'm this anxious for "A House Divided," what's it's going to be like when THIS is released?!
I will surely die.
I was just about to start watching this! They (TTG) are really going to make their own series about it? Just like with TWD? Now i'm extra excited! :P
Like I've said before, early March seems most logical. Maybe late February but, they gotta give TWAU some spotlight after the 4 month wait.

It'd be nice to be told anything.
Especially when that title is their flagship.

Don't get your hopes up just yet. I think they'll release a few more teaser images before then.
Unless they're being all secretive and want a Valentine's Day release or something.
Hodor.
