Did you tell Clementine...?
Did you tell Clementine about her parents? Lee hears a message from Clem's mother before he meets her, and later on in the series you are given the choice to tell her. Its actually seems to be 2 options, if you pick one you don't get a chance to say the other. one of the options is telling Clementine that Lee thinks her parents are dead, to witch she reply's "No, they aren't dead!" "You wish they were.", the other option I've seen it but I never chose it you can mention the answer-machine. My first walkthough I chose to side with Lilly but this time I chose to side with Kenny and to tell Clementine, I am curious to you guys decided on. If you did tell her dose it impact "The Stranger" storyline?

I told her in a train on my first playthrough, she only freaked out by it. I don't recommended to do so unless you want some awkward crying for 10 seconds.
I like making children cry. It's a natural ability of mine.
What did you tell Melissa...?
Buying a juicebox always gets the ladies...
I tried to avoid it on the train however I just up and told her at the end of ep 4 as she still kept asking to go looking, She wasnt happy hut honestly I was right they were dead.
Dam straight.
"My name's Lee" would be a viable pickup line for any lady. Provided you can also say it in his voice.
I like to keep hope alive and keep her positive so always said we look for them just keep her happy but then that night when she went missing i said the maybe option i don't know if we have time wished got option to help her find them always side with clem till the end
yeah its horrible, I felt really bad to doing so. Dose it effect the story plot thro? When you meet the Stanger in ep 5 for an example
me too that what I did in my first play through, but this time I'm doing things differently, I don't enjoy telling her I wondering what would happen if you did. that's all.
not much, it only there for YOU, as a player to feel bad about it.
Oh... so it has no effect on the stranger at all? wow....I mean it certainly makes the player feel bad but I was thinking it would effect Clam and Lee's relationship.
I think there could be affect in a last scene where when you need to choose to shoot or leave Lee, and if you say nothing Clem will choose for you and its depends how you treated her so if you were douche she will leave you but im not 100% if telling her affects this??
That makes sense I guess, thanks PerttuLaulaa
I replayed whole game just to try save katjaa blamed myself for her death for not shooting first it was awful but playing again learned decisions might change dialogue a little but all scenes are the exact same
In all my play throughs I decided to kill Duck myself, just that I didn't think a parent should do that. Its was in the cards you can't change it, and its hinted when Katjaa says that she loves Duck more then life itself. The series is really tragic, and it makes you question what you would do in apocalypse times. Man fate is cruel.
True that game really got serious at that point never thought game would do that shook me i'm really slow forgot she said that i didn't want a childs life on my conscience game so cool but clem made me have hope even after all evil Fate is cruel be so cool
True that a good point, but Lee isn't above murder, he did it before and his wife got caught up in it. So it seems that he dose what he has to, but when I saw Kenny's hand shaking I just know he couldn't and if he was forced he would miss probably.
If i had the 3 options to tell Clem about her parents it would be......
A) Tell her a lie keeping her happy and make us feel like shit with guilt
Tell her a semi-truth to keep that hope alive
C) Tell her the simple truth which keeps us on her bad side
I pick b how about you guys
I would chose A, and hopefully Lee is a good liar. But I don't think he is, Clam even commented on it.
