Why did they have to release TWAU first! I mean I liked it but the characters in TWAU were not very memorable compared to TWD characters. I me… morean I did like Bigby but not as much as Lee, and Snow was nice at times, but she just felt like extra baggage for Bigby to carry around. And at times I couldn't take the game seriously like at talking toad...o_0 seriously. Really? ARGH! And every other character other than Bigby and Snow I will forget in checks calendar, then his watch T-minus three days. Now if you all will excuse me I'm going to hide under my table while I get a barrage of hate and thumbs down for expressing my opinion.
Yes. She said something like we expect updates, or hope for them. With the way things are going, those updates will probably be "coming mega s… moreoon!".
Excuse me for my lack of faith, but Telltale gives us almost no news. I have no reason to put faith in them. We've waited for long enough...
I am actually furious. The people who are defending this are either insane or sucking up to the staff to seem mature or some shit I don't know… more. Not only is there a complete lack of news, their 4-6 weeks promise on their FAQ is absolutely out the window. What is it now? 10th week? 11th? STILL IN DEVELOPMENT. I can't even. And their PR people think it's alright to tease us with "JUST PLAYED THROUGH IT LOLZ " "DUNT WURRY ITZ CUMIN SUPR SOON! PLZ WAIT FOR UZ". There is no way we are getting it this month and I'm debating whether we are getting it next month. Let me just say I'm not buying any new series by Telltale, and I wouldn't be surprised at all if the second episode is oh I don't know an hour long. There are so many things that they could've done better with this whole situation, but no, of course not. First a 4-month wait for TWAU and now the longest wait in walking dead history. If you can't handle doing two series at the same time, just don'… [view original content]
Ya know I heard someone mention (from a long time ago, don't really remember it well) that the original writer that worked on TWD got laid off or whatever; so maybe that's why the episode's so short cuz they got someone else to write.
We can't really say anything negative about the game or the developers at this point. The only thing they're doing wrong is communicating with… more the customers. NOW if episode 2 comes out in 1 or 2 weeks and it turns out it's also another 1 to 1 and a half hour episode then we really need to start getting worried about the direction where this game is going.
I prefer it to be tested because I remember when I first played Gta Online when it launched there were bugs everywhere and I found out Rocktar never even tested it. So yeah, it's best to test it first.
You are aware that a game can be played while still under development? They often refer to it as testing, or working out the bugs. Orr... do y… moreou want them to ship it to you straight away and have no one play test it? Im sure that would work out juuuust fine.
I just hope the asset teams are working on Episode 3 while whatever Charlie Foxtrot is going on gets sorted out.
PLEASE let this be an actual technical issue and not MS or Sony trying to censor something...
According to TrollTale's release patterns, INFO COMING THIS WEEK means a screenshot on Monday to tease the news, then release a trailer on Sunday which says "episode 2 is coming mega hyper super omni ultra super duper soon"..
Maybe TTG will one up themselves and only give us 30 minutes of gameplay and turn the pointer icon into a middle finger.
That will show all the uppity people that post here not to make a fuss.
I have serious problems remembering the plot details of The Walking Dead even though I have finished all of it.
Character details are fading away and get replaced with more abstract versions like "That black lady..." "This doctor guy and his daughter"..."who helped me out before...maybe?!...in which situation again?"
I forgot about names and faces, not even to mention character details or all those decisions i took regarding the different characters.
Hell I don't even remember what I was doing on Tuesday two weeks ago.
For the upcoming episode I might have to replay/watch a lot of TWD again,or otherwise it will be a "who are you? what am i doing?" experience.
It feels like Clementine has got some serious dementia after all this time of waiting for the next episode.
Do you feel the same,or can you remember the plot and its characters much better than me?
I'm not going to have a lot of problems with that in this latest episode, because I'm not about to forget how much I hate most of these people, but I've already forgotten way too much of Season 1. I almost forgot who Larry was, barely remember anything about 400 Days (although as a completionist I know I got all the characters), can't clearly recall Kenny's slide into depression...
It'd be hilarious if instead of "I thought you were dead", it went "Hey Clem, remember me?" and Clem would go "Who are you again?"

Well, the My Choices menu is there for a reason. And to refresh my memory I usually go and watch some let's play, and try to remember what I did. But I fully agree the episode is getting a little foggy. Not to mention Season One...

We've never been that lucky before with Telltale. It's more likely another screenshot not telling us anything, or a vine. I doubt they're gonna release a trailer anytime soon due to the fact the episode is not even rated yet. But who knows, it could get rated any day now.

My ideal scenario is they surprise us, release the trailer on YouTube via Twitter/Facebook maybe an hour before this Sunday's Walking Dead and that trailer also airs during the show. Because if I have to see that god damn generic season 2 trailer one more time, I think I'll lose my soul.
Maybe I shouldn't say "ideal." "Absurd" is better. This is my first true wait that I've had to make for a Telltale episode. (Didn't get into TWAU until a few weeks before episode 2 released. Got into TWD when they released the Game of the Year edition.) I don't know how you guys have put up with this. I think I'm getting gray hair.

so can we be getting some news this week telltale, per your screenshot update? even just: "hey guys, the trailer is coming soon and A House Divided will be out before the end of February." would be nice
Before we get A House Divided, I will have a beard like The Woodsman. I've spent the past two months since All That Remains, trying to get all achivements on my games on Steam. I own 90 games... And I'm very near completion. Probably a bad sign.
I know that venting doesn't really make much of a difference
but they delays are starting to ruin the pacing of the entire game which was supposed to benefit from the episodic structure and the association I was supposed to have with the characters and the vague responses or just down right silence is frustrating to the point where I think making insinuations about the release date is just getting ridiculous and I am starting to stop caring about certain character's fates and even starting to forget them.
This is just starting to effect the enjoyment of anyone's play-through who keeps waiting for so long for each episode to come out. This is definitely going to have a negative impact on the company and convince them to take a step in a different direction or face consquences, you don't need a petition for that.

Yep definitely mad
Time skips can be a pain in the ass sometimes.
I usually get downvoted because of Trolls, so if you get downvoted, then it'sjust Trolls as well. The downvotes don't matter, what you think matters.
Rick just got owned by his boy.
just... wow...
practically 2 months of silence, then they started giving us hype, and then they say this?
just... wow...!
Ya know, Telltale said so many times with empty meaning, that I now get annoyed when anyone says those words to me.
Yeah, Cissy's in TWaU as well.
Time for even the Kenny fans to hope he's really dead.
Is this waiting thing all part of some TTG social experiment with us all?
I know that feeling bro.
Okay then how the hell is Peter is still alive?
I didn't read but I instantly agreed with you.
yeah it's starting to look like that.

So much for that promise of no delays like TWAU; honestly they should've done one game at a time, that way the episodes would release faster.

Still waiting telltale...
Sony and MS can fuck themselves I want the episode release "very shortly"
Ready for another day of hopelessly watching Telltale's Twitter page!

One refund here please.

Puzzleboxs comment proves that we might get a trailer this week,Nd what do we get the next Tuesday after the trailer?THE EPISODE!!!

So who was Larry?
Seriously...

I'm starting to think buying the season pass was a mistake !

larry is the only asshole in this game
