Not nice, dumping on the support people who are just here to help and only to help.
If his information is 4-6 weeks, of course he's saying … more4-6 weeks. I don't see anything like that in his last 25 posts though, so "all the time" is probably an exaggeration.
Also - remember The Walking Dead Season 1? Oh, wait, no, of course you wouldn't. Fact of the matter is, its start was rough as well. But the later episodes came significantly faster.
He should say episodes will be available to download four to six months apart instead.
Yeah OK, invalidate your own argument by exaggeration. Great work.
That's Laura's personal twitter account. If you don't like her profile picture for whatever reason, get your news directly from the source. Your choice.
No, I don't want it longer, I want it better. S2Ep1 was better than S1Ep1, and I want S2Ep2 to be better than S2Ep1, (probably means making it longer too since S2Ep1 is short, but not necessarily.)
Sigh your sarcasm sense doesn't work well I guess Anyway: She's PR staff, so I think the company of course does care about her public appeareance since she wears Clem's hat and most of her tweets aren't private but work related. Besides, you guys keep posting her tweets as reliable source material (understandable) - where's her private status then? If her twitter is private don't quote her.

If my employer tried to make me change the profile picture of my personal account, I'd laugh in his face.
I began with arguments which the majority apparently appeal and acknowledge to since September last year. It's not my fault the voting system is still here, and in my opinion a vote don't count at all for me to get courage to express myself. Didn't you say this yourself once regarding votes? Perhaps not. I say what I think, and it seems to have worked so far without any major problems yet other than moderators not really approving my of views as I express it directly aimed at Telltale. But that is not my problem either. As long as I, and others, don't violate a major written rule, you will just have to accept us as we are. So don't judge people by how many likes, or dislikes, they have received.
Sure, insult in all directions instead of reasonable arguments.
It's all right, 5,600 upvotes exclusively for release date discussion are probably perceived as an achievement somewhere.
Same, S1E1 was better than S2E1. probably because it was brand new plus i got to play the whole first season at once. i was way late knowing about the series haha.
Actually, I found S1E1 much better then S2E1. And that the game has to become good or better is a matter of course, why would they aim for rel… moreeasing a mediocre game. Anyway, a good balance between entertainment and a decent length is highly appreciated.
Hmmm... it's beginning to sound an awful lot like TWAU release thread... back when TWD fans were feeling kinda smug about the impending release of episode 1.
i am thinking about playing the first episode again. i never replay any episodes only just play them once as they come out. has anyone else replay them while waiting lol? i am kind of nervous i don't remember what choices i made..
Both Starved For Help, Long Road Ahead, and Around Every Corner had a decent length. It really depends how you play it. I have a very high OCD-level, as I have to click on everything. But I think Starved For Help, and Around Every Corner is the longest episodes. Long Road Ahead was just a few minutes shorter for me.
I've just finished my replay of Smokes And Mirror and it took an hour. Anyway, I guess you're right. Around ever corner was by far the longest episode.
I always found Around Every Corner to be awfully long. first you're walking down the street, then the house, then the river street, then Molly, then the Sewers, then Vernon, Then back to the house, Then Crawford, Crawford, Crawford, Escaping Crawford, Later that night, then the next morning, then bitten, then going back to Vernon's.

All I know is that there was a long wait between S1:E1 and S1:E2. After that, the episodes came pretty much like clockwork every month or month and a half. If there's another long wait between S2:E2 and S2:E3, then I might worry a bit about what's going on.
But really, as long as they deliver a great story and a memorable experience, I don't mind them taking as much time as they need to accomplish it.
That is correct. Starved For Help took exactly 64 days to release. The remaining episodes varied from one month to six weeks I believe. Let's hope things turn for the better after Episode Two.

What you described is exactly what made S2Ep1 more engaging for me. Things happened fast and continuously but it sure as hell wasn't cheap shock value and it sure as hell wasn't too fast. Not the bad type of too fast.
And it made perfect sense because an alone little girl dog bitten 2 years into the apocalypse realistically has much less chance to sit down and talk with people and slowly uncover their backstory than a strong brave man 3 days into the apocalypse.
That's not to say that she should never have her chance to do that ever. She will do that I am guessing. House divided could be their last chance to talk at home before setting for their journey to wherever. But for the first episode of her adventure after losing omid and getting lost from Christa, it was the perfect pace. That's not to say that a slow pace for episode 1 would've been not enjoyable and not engaging and not made sense. It would've still been enjoyable and engaging and made sense. But not as much as what we've been given for episode 1.
Imo. A New Day was much better than All That Remains. Why? A New Day included alot of character development. All That Remains just rushed us t… morehrough the scenes, and we didn't get much time to get to know the characters before they either died, or went missing. I want a long episode, with alot character development, like the drugstore, and the motel when Lee could walk between the characters, and empty all dialogue options, and perhaps do a fun little side-quest like Carley and her radio, and some puzzle solving. Heck I'd rather see more dialogues than stabbing Walkers. All That Remains began to be good when Clementine and Luke spoke at the table. Before that everything went too fast. Telltale went 101% on with shock value for All That Remains.

Well, I've just come online today, and seen the Facebook news. I'm excited that we have new screens and an early March release....but in all honesty, I just want the damn episode now!
For fuck's sake. Now a TTG employee's Twitter avatar is an issue because she's smiling in it? And "soon" and "so excited" is trolling? Jesus, the whining is beyond pathetic now.
Damn, Telltale. At least I want "A House Divided" to be longer than "All that Remains" and much longer than "Smoke & Mirrors" - that was r… moreeally ridiculous. And please, make Laura Persuco change her Twitter avatar already - her grin while trolling us with alleged "soons" and "so excited" while avoiding serious questions on the forum is mockery at its best.

I really do not mind that TTG will be releasing the game in March but I do mind with how the fans were completely mislead.
Here are some st… moreupid things that TTG has done to make the problem worse.
1:What dumb ass green lit this tweet knowing full well the game was not sent for certification "The next chapter of #TheWalkingDead Season 2 is just around the corner. Stay tuned for info! pic.twitter.com/1TzLFut559" At 10:10pm EST on 2 Feb 14?
2: How the hell do you expect fans to trust you when you tweet "Played the latest Ep of #TheWalkingDead today & you'll all be playing too super soon! Look for important updates over the next few days! "...... It said you'll all be playing too super soon!..... Super soon with a mother f'ing exclamation point.. Who says this to customers without having the product ready. Super soon with a !!!!! Does not mean 2 to 3 weeks + time......
It's a damn shame TTG can't give out meaningful updates like. "Fini… [view original content]

Careful, you don't want to burden someone's ignorance with facts too much, or else they won't feel so motivated to protest.
Are you trying to remind me of the Blair Witch Project?
Dude, you ruined that pizza.

That hurts me man T_T
huh two screenshots involving some tracks.
Well it's something at least, I'm excited again...
but S1ep2 is the longest episode
At this point, I think they're definitely gonna go through a herd.
And a FUCKING AWESOME PIC!
it's... beautiful

Well I do have to buy Blazblue Chronophantasma next month, so it'll be interesting for me at least
lol
Holy shit we're fucking monsters?
This conversation got kinda random

Don't be like that, man!
Yeah, I don't really have anything to say about this.

well this time the TWAU fans can't be smug because A Crooked Mile won't be out before A House Divided

I'm pretty sure the longest episode is Around Every Corner, clocking in at about 2.5 hours. could be wrong.

edit: that random down-voting XD
Telltale, why do you make me wait so long then raise my hopes but then kills them with the "big update" is always another update?

Just replay them. It's better to play it more than once so you can get ready for the next episode
I blame TWAU for the delay.
I like the progression you made, from clean shaven to full grown facial hair. It just shows how long the wait is.
For fuck's sake. Now a TTG employee's Twitter avatar is an issue because she's smiling in it? And "soon" and "so excited" is trolling? Jesus, the whining is beyond pathetic now.
but...but.. they shouldn't be happy at all. amirite?
Hammer confirmed for Episode 2.
You ruined that computer's screen.
maybe they got to do... stuff... things...
But I agree otherwise as they overhyped us.... again.
