Kenny beeing Carver would make no sense at all...the way his character developed at the end of Season1 (Episode5), would never lead to something like this. Him beeing a bad person/a murderer. The way Lilly left off on the other hand could lead to a lot of thinks. Lilly could very well be the mysterious " Carver " person, the cabin group was talking about.
We have to remember what happend to him in Episode Three. Basically from that episode imo. Kenny went straight downhill. And the way his character ended. After going through what happend to his family, and almost dying... It's enough to change a man. Heck he probably lost his will to live when he tried to help Ben. But I still think the odds of it being Lilly is just as fair as it being Kenny.

Kenny should be different. Nearly 2 Years have passed since S1. Depends on how long he striped alone through the Apocalypse and how hopeless he may have become. I hope Telltale makes something out of it. Giving Clem and us a hard Time which challenge our Trust to him and that also involves the new Group.
I still think it could be Lilly. But Kenny is the only obvious character to reunite with Clementine. But who said we'll be seeing a friendly K… moreenny? I got a gut feeling Kenny will show up to be a part of Carver's group and don't be the same old Kenny we once knew. And I think it's a good thing Telltale introduce the mysterious survivor, and the 400 Days characters rather sooner than later. I want them to stay with us for a while before Telltale brutally murder them. And why I'd prefer a antagonist Kenny showing up is because Clementine could remind him of better times, and perhaps turns him around throughout the season.

Well, if I'm not wrong they didn't tell us to watch the blog when they released the trailer for Smoke & Mirrors. And Telltale is known for this jack-in-the-box surprises anyway. I still have a slight ray of light for tonight. But I won't be surprised if nothing happens.
