Is Rhys dead?

Now do not get me wrong, he is shown to be alive Narating the story, but in the teaser for episode 5, do not get me wrong it is just a teaser but, we see Fiona walking up and no Rhys is shown. Did he sacrifice himself for Fiona, did handsome jack kill him, let me know what you think.

    I doubt it. Remember that this is being told from Present day Fiona and Rhys, which means everything is from the past. I'm sure Rhys is having his own problems, ESPECIALLY with Jack if you picked a certain option at the end of episode 4. However, the present isn't quite guaranteed but I doubt Rhys will die even then after the story is done being told.

    No, don't you notice Fiona's clothes? This is before she and Rhys were captured.

    If you noticed Fiona's clothes in the trailer, it was before they got captured, so he's safe... for that scene anyway.

    I didn't panic because that final scene happens before Rhys and Fiona were captured. I was like "Where's Rhys? I know he is not dead".
