Episode Intro Music Copyright?

I uploaded Tales From The Borderlands Episode 1 on YouTube and got a copyright strike! It was because of the intro song. I really wanted to include EVERY part of the game into my playthrough so i was wondering if the option to turn off music in game also applies to opening credits... The intros for episodes 1 - 5 are so awesome and i would hate to not include them in some way :/

    The only option I know is to speak over the opening credits from time to time unless you're doing a no commentary. I know that's what other youtubers do. Otherwise you might have to turn the music off.
