I wanted a game based off Green Arrow and if they chose the Arrow from the cw tv show it would be perfect in a choice based game in my opinion. With Arrow he kills sometimes, but with Batman we know he won't kill.
It is Batman, we are talking about. People hates the lighthearted and campy stuff like Batman and Robin. I think most of the audience prefer a dark and serious story with Batman and Telltale would no doubt do it justice. And the vibe from the teaser was dark and serious, so I believe it isn't a problem.
THIS IS PROBABLY THE MOST ANTICIPATED TELLTALE GAME FOR ME. OHHH MYYYYY GODDDDDDDDDD. I CANT WAIIIIIT.
I've always loved Batman and Spider-Man. Also, is the story serious? If not, then I'm not probably buying the whole season.
To be honest, I'm not really hyped for this... I wish Telltale Games would start making their own universe for their series, instead of choosing popular ones like Minecraft, TWD, GoT (which is I assume to get more people to play it).
Plus, heroes like Batman, Superman, Spiderman etc. aren't my thing. I'm just not into the good-looking (and often tough-looking) guy saving the world. And I think there are already a lot of Batman games...
But then maybe I will like it. I don't like Minecraft but I totally love MCSM, and I was sceptic when TFTB was announced and now I'm loving the Borderlands series so much. I know TTG usually makes good series even better, so as usual, I'll play the complete story to have a real opinion on it.

All I ask is Kevin Conroy! Seriously! You can have Batman playing a five episode long ping pong ball game and I'll be happy as long as you have Conroy voicing him!
It's still very early days, but I would imagine he would at least have a role to play. Though I would want someone else to be the main villain. An loose adaption of either the Long Halloween, Hush or the Court of Owls would be awesome.
Batman threatening to crush a man's skull with the bat mobile
Barbara "committing suicide"
Joker torturing Jason
Pyg and his dollotrons
Officer Owens shooting civilians in the diner (if you shoot anyone as him)
That isn't M-Rated material?
Me watching the trailer without knowing what i'm watching:
99% of vid: what is this? City of crime...a superhero game
3rd last sec: ah, 'nother arkham stuff?
2nd last sec: holy shit (faints after screaming)
Last sec: (remains fainted, not seeing that its coming next year, not 2017)
I thought it was the marvel thingy they said (before i realised... FCUK, BMAN is dc, not marvel, more heroic stuff to come...)
Okay, I am seriously excited for this game. I hope that Telltale has significant focus on Bruce Wayne. I am all in for the superhero stuff, but I want to play as the guy beneath the mask too.
I wonder if The Wolf Among Us has an influence on Telltale making this game?
This is awesome news! Batman is an intriguing character who'd make for a great choice/consequence type of character.
Also this is a good chance for us to see Bruce Wayne also. I can imagine way so many things they can do with this and dialogue options you could have with the Batfamily or heck even the Justice League if possible.

I really like Batman and I'm surprised that Telltale has chosen this character for their game. I'm sure they have the potential to make a great game out of this and I can't wait to play it! But somehow it bothers me a little to see them announce all these new franchises when I feel like they still need to improve a lot of things in their games. I wish they would improve the writing, the graphics, allow more freedon to the players and find a way to make our choices matter more in the end. I also want to see them improve their episode release schedule as to avoid unexpected delays and also to communicate more with us instead of just teasing a few days before the game is released.

Yes. I play sometimes,
Arrow from CW, basically is Batman. They've copy and pasted so much from Batman at this point. (Don't get me wrong, I love Arrow)
Really looking forward to this. I hope the Tales team are on it!!

Originally yeah. Hell last season he was an exact copy lol going under Ra's wing, but this season he has finally been less batman and more green arrow

Telltale is making an original game, they announced that several months ago.
Time to wait for the Batman avatars...
A narrative focused Batman game? After the disaster that was Arkham Knight, I'll take it.
YES! OH MY GOD I CAN'T CONTAIN MY EXCITEMENTTTT. Seriously.
Also, I hope this doesn't get rated M, as much as I love M rated games such as Borderlands, 'cause it'll be ridiculous for Batman to be M rated.

Never leave the cave without it
Why? Arkham Knight has M rating.
yeah, and that was just weird. It had nothing that made it deserve that kinda rating
Yeah, what Blind Sniper said " Holt Shit " . OK I'm down. Let's see how this works out. More QTEs, please PLEASE upgrade that Telltale engine.
I never was that fan of Batman but I'll definetly play it. BECAUSE HE IS BATMAN.
Will Joker be in this game as well?

Damn! 2016 will be the best year ever man...
Agree?

...................................................................Okay...........
Great, another batman game. maybe TT should do a batman beyond adaptation since I doubt it will ever be done again.
I would realy like a Beyond Game:)
I hope somebody not The Joker is in the villian this time
If I could pick any Elseworld like Batman to play with it would definitely be Gotham by Gaslight, steeped in Victorian Gotham.
Oh, I forgot about that, sorry xD Well, that's nice to hear~
Long Halloween best suits telltale's atmospheric way of storytelling, I think
A darker version of the Riddler would be a great villain for this serious. Well, I think so.
I came.

Main menu or episode statistics material.
Well, God yes. Awesome news. I'm sure they'll turn it into something great. Might lean more towards TWAU. Makes me a happy man
Conroy is all I ask for.
Why would it influence?
