Cause there are a lot of errors, for example, in the Xbox 360 version, when you meet Loaderbot again in Episode 5, his intro screen doesn't say "Loaderbot: 01000110 01110010 01101001 01100101 01101110 01100100" it says "Rhys: 01000110 01110010 01101001 01100101 01101110 01100100"

Anyways, I don't think Telltale generally releases patches after the series is over. They didn't even fix Zer0's voice yet. :I

No it is still the same voice actor, it's that the voice mod thing sounds different
I got some random stream of code for skipping the credits upon replaying Episode 5 from Chapter 6 (I skipped every credits just to get the special "Wall of Shame" message)
Rhys used to be able to talk to Dumpy three times outside the Biodome.
As of chapter 5 though, he's only selectable once. We've been robbed of precious interaction with our screaming robot!
