Which games do you wish it had sequels?
Let's not count The Wolf Among Us and Tales from the Borderlands because everyone sure wants second seasons for them. The games I wish had sequels are:
- Alien isolation
I really loved the gameplay mechaincs of this game and the A.I. of aliens and androids. It's the best Alien game in these years. I know it has a DLC that I didn't play but DLCs should not be counted because they're not full games.
- Bully
It's one of the best games Rockstar has ever done. I love the story, the characters and the gameplay mechanics but the controls on PC are crap, it's better played with a controller. I'd love another game where I can bully a lot of people (Don't count GTAs or other stuff like that).
- The Sabouter
I don't know if everyone knows this game, but it's such a famous game which didn't get a lot of attention. It's kind of a GTA spin-off but this game takes place in Paris, you play as Sean Devlin, an irishman who uses a lot of dynamites and explosives to blow a lot of things, you fight with Nazis who took over Paris in 1940's etc. I kinda didn't like how it ended because (Spoilers) Sean's last words were "We were just getting started", ends like that and no sequel was confirmed.
Comments
Because it was promised, but then vanished because of many reasons. sniffles

Beyond good and evil and asuras wrath
Im playing bully at the moment canis canem edit (I dont know if its a sort of game of the year or a regional title) you cant give wedgies or swirlies in gta so yeah your right it doesnt count
How does that work?
It's an awesome game but it's so rare.
If it's rare then of course it didn't get any attention.
Half-Life. I'm still waiting for the 3rd.
I'm not counting the ones who already have. I count the ones who have NO sequel
Oh, well then I got nothin'.
The lead writer of the series left Valve earlier this year. That's not good. That's not good at all.
R.I.P. Half-Life
Well since most of the games I'd want to see get a sequel have already been mentioned. I guess I'll say Xenoblade Chronicles X. It's far more likely to get a sequel than Xenogears or Saga.
Valve will just continue to make money off of CSGO, TF2 and Dota 2.
Waiting for Dishonored 2. Wouldn't mind another Last of Us.
Fucking CAMFs
Remember back when Dishonored 2 was going to be released in Spring 2016?!?!?!
Sigh, games barely come out when they're supposed to anymore. Hoping on this year, at least.
Not the boring SWTOR stuff we got.
I-Ninja. I so much wanted a sequel.
DAY OF THE TENTACLE!!!
I´m waiting since 1993 and I didn´t even understood half the game back then being a non english speaker.
The sequels supposed to come out this year, the maps been leaked!
Spiderman web of shadows.
There are already sequels for The Wolf Among Us Episode 2. XD
The Last Of Us. Though I'm not very fond of the game per say , I do want to see if Ellie ever finds out about Joel lying to her.
L.A. Noire and Red Dead are in dire need of sequels.
Red Dead Redemption.
Bully
The Simpsons: Hit & Run
Spongebob Squarepants: Battle for Bikini Bottom
Age of Mythology
Portal 2 and Half Life 3.
Its been remastered recently
Yes the bards tale! I forgot about that awesome game. Beer beer beer diddly beer beer beer
The ending literally makes it seem like there would be a sequel. Seriously, how do you fucking end a game like that which builds hype and then tell people "nope no sequel actually". Then why the fuck would you end the game like that? Fuck you David Cage
================================================================================
My fucking heart....I honestly can't believe how much this game has impacted me. Never expected to..and hell I didn't want it to but it fucking did. I can't get over it. I love it and honestly will be one of those games that I would always talk about and recommend. I hope they continue the series and develop more original games as we need more in our mainstream gaming world.
The Wolf Amon--Oh....
But, what about Tales fr--wait, nevermind..
Never liked this game. Just like Life is Strange, choices don't matter until you choose how you want to end the game unlike Heavy Rain because you CAN'T die. I would hate David Cage if he made a sequel for BTS and not Heavy Rain which was more successful.
I heard that the sequel is going to happen but I'm glad that there'll be no more Max and Chloe, they both sucked. I mean, their romance seemed so forced in this game. We never found out how Max got the rewind power and the only objective of the entire game to erase the tornado was to let Chloe die at the beginning. Like I said above, choices don't matter until you choose how you want to end the game.
Dragon's Dogma really deserves a sequel. One of the best games of last gen.
I really wanted a 3rd Zone Of The Enders.
Worst part is, it was going to happen.
So why did Konami cancel it? Well they had the brilliant idea of leaving its fate up to the success of the ZoE HD collection. Who did they outsource it to, Bluepoint or Hexadrive, both very talented developers (at least when it comes to porting games) who had already made some very good remasters? Nope, they handed it over to High Voltage Software.
So what did High Voltage do, well they made it run worse than on PS2, they removed graphical effects and it was much glitchier. This lead to the game receiving pretty poor reviews and sales. Because of it, Konami was like "Hey Kojima, ZoE HD had a shit reception so stop working on ZoE3 and go back to Metal Gear".
So thank you High Voltage Software, thank you for getting ZoE3 cancelled because of how much of a complete shit show your " remaster" of the first two games were. I don't even know how the hell these fuckers are still in business, considering they only make shit ports.
Well, the chances of there being a Life Is Strange successor are somewhat high, I think. The game is close to 1 million owners on Steam and then add in whatever it sold on consoles, and they at the very least broke even on the game, considering the budget was around 6 million euros. Dontnod has always said it's up tp Square Enix on wether or not a sequel will happen, so let's keep our fingers crossed that they greenlight it.
Anyway, we won't get one until at least 2019-2020, considerimg they are very busy with Vampyr, which due to being an open world action RPG, is their biggest undertaking yet. Dontnod is still a fairly small studio, they're like less than half of what Telltale is nowadays (Telltale may actually have more employees than Naughty Dog and CD Projekt Red, so it's not really a small company)
To Aron Dracula ok first i am not happy with your comment on Max and Chloe in life is strange but I will get over it second its not and never will be a sequel to be called a sequel it must continue with the same characters the story and the location if these things are changed than its not a continuation its a spin off
I don't think this counts but, I've been hoping for a Left 4 Dead 3 for years now. I love the L4d franchise - despite how bad the fandom is - and I'd love to see more of it.
