Culture Thread
Hey guys! I made a comment in my Dialect/Slang Thread asking all of you if you think I should make a type of cultural thead. About two people agreed in the comments and those agreements were good enough for me.
In this thread we will talk about our culture. We all come from different places, and it should be obvious that we celebrate things different, maybe on different days and we all eat different types of food probably and what not. So, we can come together here and show everyone how unique we all are and discuss about it.

There is only one word to describe my culture, and that word is: ITALY
In england people queue(not typo actual stupid spelling) for stuff and generally wait for their turn for things wether a bus or a organ donar list regardless of money or station. The only place they don't queue is at a bar, bars are odd in this sense people just crowd around and push to the front, I don't understand why this is myself, its strange now that I think of it.
Culture in Ireland consists of getting drunk.
The culture I'm around mostly is the culture of my peers. And that's the meme/internet culture which I've come to dislike over the years! Soooo I have no idea what culture I belong to. I'd like to find some small midwest town, however. Something out of the Andy Griffith Show or Leave it to Beaver, where everyone knows everyone and people still talk on the street corners and visit every day! It could just be a pipe dream but who knows!
This thread is a good idea, but how do you want us to present our culture? Like doing a list, mentionning what we like in it, or talking about some particular points, so we can compare each others?
In U.S. bars, you don't queue/line up for alcohol. You just sit down, and the alcohol comes to you. That is, unless it's some event where it's free, in which case you do have to make an effort to get some.
Pick anything you want of what you just typed. You can do all of those things.
Well, where I live this is dinner
That's only a half joke. (as in no, we don't boil puppies, but dog meat is a go, at least for old timey people)

Once a few years back. It tastes like pot roast.
