My personal favorite is South Park: The Stick of Truth. Funny story, awesome gameplay, and I fucking love South Park in general.

Fuck Fallout 4
I'd say anything from BioWare, but these times have sadly passed.
Fallout 3 and New Vegas are good choices.

Fallout 4 was fucking amazing. It may have had more faults that were more of a core game mechanic than either 3 or New Vegas. But fuck-damn was it a great experience nonetheless.
I don't hate Fallout 4 honestly but it's total trash compared to 3 and NV. It strays from Bethesda's RPG style to create a linear uninvolving fps. My experience was fun in some ways but overall underwhelming
I can agree the dramatic change to the structure was definitely something I had to get used to. I mean the fact there's no longer any moral structure kind of sucks, but the choices that link those mechanics in the first place is still so strong and the main plotline was by far still my favorite of any of the Bethesda games.

Witcher III
Skyrim
Fallout 4 (kind of an RPG) I'd say more of an Open-World Shooter with RPG elements

Elder Scrolls Oblivion. I'll never get tired of that game.

Pre-empting anybody who says Legend of Dragoon. Not a bad game, but would be better without the anime levels of powerups which just sound like constipation.
I can't lie
Mount and Blade. This game has one heck of a immersive gameplay.
Anything from the Tales series. I'm a particular fan of Tales of Symphonia/Xillia.
Fallout 3 was the best.
I call blasphemy as well. All of the Fallout games have their own strengths and weaknesses, None of them are greater than the other.
Well Rpgs are my favorite genre of games so I like a lot of them. So I will just give me top 5 favorites.

Mount & Blade Warband + (Mods) Gekokujo + Sugoroku = Perfect

I have to say that I'm quite surprised that nobody mentioned these yet.
Honorable Mentions: Dragon Age Inquisition, Mass Effect 1 (the only ones i've played of both series)
If you go by popular opinion, then you've played the worst of both the Mass Effect and Dragon Age series'.

I'd say Dragon Age 2 is generally disliked the most from the DA series.
I enjoyed Inquisition a lot, especially open-ended ending of the last DLC. DA2 is indeed most disliked from all 3 but still somehow enjoyable, even if short.
I do love Skyrim but my favorite would have to be Jade Empire.

Here are my favorites (this is probably only a fraction of the ones I've played):
I'll just stop myself here. Good lord, how the heck did I make it through all of these? How did I even remember them? Now I know why I can't remember anything from school... and this isn't even including the ~40 MMO's I've maxed characters in...
I've got my eyes on "I am Setsuna" but haven't picked it up yet.
But from THAT list, I would recommend Suikoden 1 and 2 for anyone who likes RPGs.
