Something I've noticed is spambots bumping old threads, then people who hadn't seen the thread before (or forgot about it) commenting, and then the spam gets deleted, so it looks like the other people bumped the thread.
That might be the case in older game forums (it happens pretty frequently in Sam and Max's forum for example), but mostly, I think it is a case of people either finding old threads through Google searches or people otherwise logging back in after a long period of inactivity. It does happen with spambot posts too as you said, but surprisingly not as much as you would expect.

I don't understand why criminals get better treatment than elderly.
People commit crimes and they get free food, clothes, hygiene, entertainment and a roof over their head. Whilst Elderly that are put in rest homes can be treated horribly(which is why allot don't like going to the rest homes) and they have to pay for people to take care of them since not all of them can fully care for themselves anymore.

I can agree with your first point, not your second. Personally, I don't see the hype in Pokemon Go. I played it a bit, it was pretty bland and I didn't care for it. I prefer the main series games over this, because I simply don't like it. But don't think less of adults for playing the game, that's just what they want to play, you don't have to shit on their personal tastes in gaming or mobile apps. Not to say you were, but I'm just saying, there's no real reason to be bothered by it.

I can see what you mean, when people speak for one another I guess they don't often think they'll face negative consequences since I don't think they usually do in that case but I still don't feel that's a good excuse at all as speaking for someone else is, in a way, revoking them of their own free speech without consent. Under laws of course, we don't really have the freedom to kill or streak in public and personally I wouldn't want to regardless :x
Since the state of society is geared towards males being allowed to get hurt by either gender and females only being able to be hurt by other females, it doesn't feel very equal to me and I'm pro-Feminism(not extremist), I hope those girls who don't agree also disagree with males being hurt by females. For example being prejudiced against bad or harmful Behavior, is a good thing. Being prejudiced against behavior that either is self harmful, or that is harmful to fellow human beings, is a good thing.

So yes prejudice itself its not always a bad thing but it can cause a lot of damage to a person, and that's wrong, that is shameful. Its unforgivable.
