Dumpy is a Human trapped inside a robot body?

Apparently there's 50 audio files in TFTB called 'Dumpy_XX_Unprocessed' and towards the end you can hear what Dumpy is saying without the static filter:

Its a male voice that seems eerily similar to Handsome Jack and even says: ''Help, I'm trapped in a robot body!''

Dumpy is however an Atlas robot, who or what do you think it really is?

    Well they are unused, so I wouldnt take it so literally, not sure why they decided to make Dumpy not talk at all, but instead just make noise. Also Dumpy's voice is Nick Herman, the director, or atleast it sounds the most like him.
