I have no idea...
That's the funniest joke I ever heard. Seriously it's just gibberish. Homsar says things that make more sense.
Thanks for telling me. I wanted to translate it, but now I'll leave in in German so I won't die of laughter.
It might have been before your time. They even put out a few specials in German. As in original skits filmed with the German language.
As for this topic, has Telltale ever put out any of their games in other languages?
Never figured out if it has any signification at all... do you understand german, or was the "yokh" the only german line you know ? ^^
Zat's not funny ! *officer claps his hands*
I'm pretty sure they produced a German language version of Sam & Max Season One Wii, and I heard someone was also doing a Spanish translation. But I don't think they translate anything in-house...
I guess they couldn't use the "Real" joke, or they would have killed off all their German speaking fans.
Sorry, I mean: Vielleicht! Ich habe war, dass Fußball oft. Spielen? Wissen. Die besten Fußball-Ergebnisse zweimal wieder.
There is a german PC Version of the 2 Bone games, Sam & Max Season one exists in german for PC (maybe even Wii) and there seems to be a german version of TellTale Texas Holdem
Wallace and Gromit was the only one to be already subtitled. I don't really understand why this one and not the others however.
This work has been done by JoWood if I remember well. They traduces also lots of signs in the game, but there was a lot of cut sentences bugs.
anyway, so far the only telltale game you can get from their store in different languages is wallace & gromit.
tales of monkey island will probably receive an official retail version for sure. it is telltales best selling series so far and also, it's a license from lucasarts...
...and if there is a retail version, then it will probably get a translated version.
there is no official statement yet, but if they do it for one game, than it will be monkey island.
XBLA Requirement.
