I finally started working out again to improve my physical and mental well-being. I forgot how good it feels and it keeps you healthy
Language skills. I'd like to learn few languages and reach fluent level in each of them. Already know English, Polish, some German, basic Japanese. Mandarin is on my wish list. Then Cantonese maybe. It'll take some years.
I'm watching now yt polyglot channels. These guys (Laoshu and Skultety) are awesome.
I beat my meat so I take out stress in a nonviolent way accidentally.
Masturbation kids >.> not shameful.
wow thats amazing thanks for sharing
When I was 14, I started working in the Internet. I'm writing positive reviews on specified web-sites to promote a company. I don't earn much, but then again, it takes about half an hour a day so it's not hard at all. But it has certainly taught me a lot. Now I know that sometimes you have to sacrifice some things for your job and I became much more responsible. Also having more pocket money teaches you how to maintain your budget.
As for my personal skills, I'm improving my English at the moment. Even though I've been learning it for almost 10 years, my knowledge has drastically increased on the last 4 years with the use of the Internet. Now I've switched to literature - I'm writing poetry on English, read books, I'm planning to finally explore Shakespeare on his native language. Once I finish school, I plan to learn more languages, because people say I have a talent for it. My dream is to know about 10 languages by the end if my life. Challenge accepted!
Also I really want to learn how to play a guitar this summer maybe? My sister tried it once, so we have a nice but useless guitar at home. Two years ago, when I became a fan of folk music, I would take the guitar and just pull the strings for fun so I could be just like my favorite singers. I even found tutorials at the Internet but realized that it's to hard to learn by myself and quit. Watching Whiplash this spring made me stand up and tell myself "you need to play a musical instrument". My dad knows some nice guitar classes not far from home. Once I finish my exams, I might ask my mom is she approves of this. Why not?
I have a shit ton, most of which I'll never realize. Yep, sad but true. Even if I put my all into them, I would probably not be able to manage all of them, but I'm lazy. And real life's a real bitch. Anyway, here's what I want to be able to do:
Become an artist. I've always wanted to learn how to properly draw and color, but it's very frustrating for someone who really has not an ounce of talent (as far as I can tell). Still, some irrational part of me just can't accept that I'm no good at all with pen and paper.
Work out more and eat more healthy. I started again a few weeks back with Bodyweight exercise when I previously had only gone to the gym from time to time, but I stopped after really fucking up my wrist. But I'll keep going as soon as I can (yeah, right).
Learn another language. Maybe Japanese. It'll take time, but I'm not half bad with languages. This might work out too in the end.
Play piano "fluently", that is to say play the sheet music without (many) mistakes the first time and without endless trial and error. I've played for ten years now and still fumble for days with pieces that are supposedly medium difficulty. But I do have a piano at home, so I don't really have an excuse here.
Wow you know Polish? May I ask if that's your native language or you just happened to be interested in it? I'm Polish myself.
Cześć. I'm Canadian. My family is from Poland. Taught me the language.
That's so cool, Polish is rather complicated in terms of grammar, orthography, etc., so it's always nice to meet someone from abroad who speak it. Have you ever been in Poland?
This is why I don't trust user reviews on the Internet.
I'm glad it's helped with your English skills and learning how to budget, though. Be forewarned that Shakespeare is hard even for native English speakers to read, because it's an older dialect. Don't start writing like Shakespeare if you want people on the Internet to understand you. Though fake user reviews written in Shakespeare form would be interesting.
Yes. I'm coming to work in Poland.
It's very weird to hear, our popular joke says that people try their best to get out of Poland to find a job. But good luck, man.
thats awesome. thank you very much for sharing
music a good way to expressed yourself
I believe anyone can do anything, I wish you luck in your advances, I believe you can do it!
Having an interest in Foreign languages I would like to take up learning another language again. I already speak German and a little Spanish. I would like to take up learning Norwegian next.
Well, I didn't care much for Shakespeare before but about two weeks ago I saw "King Lear" on a theatre stage and was overwhelmed by feelings. I tried reading some pieces, it doesn't really seem too hard. I'm very determined!
Also confusing people with Shakespearean tongue would be really hilarious, thanks for the idea :P Reminds of that We Are Number One video where the song was written in old English, I was laughing like an idiot.
