I don't really now how to phrase this I have this friend were very very close we've been best friends for three frickin year but lately I'm just not happy i didn't know why i wanted everything just to be perfect but I figured it out as a soon-to-be-an-adult me and my friends had a party yesterday it was fun we stayed up until 4 am but the start Of the party wasn't really great you see as I entered my friends house there wasn't only one person that was missing my best friend I have mastered the cat eye eyeliner and everyone was complainting me until she came she was like"whoever did your eyeliner should go to jail and rot there" she didn't say it in a haha I'm joking voice she said as she was serious and I just realized that this isn't the first time I have tell her to not be friends but she doesn't understand my parents don't trust me because of her my life is ruined by her I just want a way to say goodbye I was dropping n earlier on goodbye quotes and she was like "what does this mean" and shit like that other time when I tried breaking it off she'll cry and I'll feel bad I just need a good way to tell her goodbye

First of all, know that as you get to the end of your teenage years, you tend to start drifting apart from your school friends anyway, unless you make an effort to stay in touch. Maybe that's slower now than it used to be, if you're all in each other's social media and are constantly getting updates on each other, but it still happens. So if you want to tough it out, you'll probably drift apart in a few years, anyway.
What I think, though, is that you should treat this like breaking up a love (like boyfriend) relationship. You tried it, it didn't work out, and you're both going to cry and feel like crap, but it's better to just stop. Tell her the truth about how she's been making you feel lately. It isn't going to be fun, but it's better in the long run to just rip the Band-Aid off than drag it out.

Ok... but I had a situation not quite like yours but it was just my friend wouldn’t talk to be because of something I did. But I can tell that you feel hurt by her honestly I think you don’t really have to stop being friends you could just try to settle something between you two tell her how you felt about her comment and you were hurt depending on what kind of person she is she could be a jerk or understand. One of the ways I just simply said goodbye was just not taking to them again.

People here are pricks and won't help ya much (most forums are like this too so). I recommend talking to another close friend about this rather than teenagers on some forum.
Honestly if you feel the relationship is that toxic to you I'd say just end it. Explain to her why you're ending the friendship and then end it. She'll probably try to apologize. You'll have to decide if an apology is enough to continue the friendship or if you still want to go your separate ways.

Honestly I'm a little confused. This seems like a joke/troll post but just in case I'll try to give some friendly advice.
It seems as though you're not happy with your life and you're blaming it on your friend. Really all you said was that your parents don't like her and that she didn't like your eyeliner. But I wasn't there so I could be wrong. If you truly don't want to be friends anymore, just be honest. It helps no one to pretend that you're happy with your friendship. It'll suck at first but you'll both move on eventually. Just be honest, no drama just honestly tell her how you feel and rip the band aid.
